I could not have asked for a better home or host. Staying in Mariannes home felt more like staying with a family member than a stranger! She is so kind a helpful, the location is a short drive from anything you could possibly want and is a peaceful quiet area. Not even to mention the price of staying in such a nice home, you truly are getting so much more than what you pay for. the room and bathroom were super clean and using the kitchen was never an issue. She has the sweetest dog who loves everyone but never bothers anyone. i am so thankful for marianne and her beautiful home!

My friend and I loved our stay with Marianne! She and her sweet dog Evie greeted me at the house when I arrived. Her house is about 45 minutes from the ECP Airport in Panama City. It's on the bay side in Santa Rosa so it is not directly on the beach, but it is very close to the beach and access to 30A. We were attending a wedding in Watercolor, and the house was only 15 minutes from the wedding venue. We rented a car and there was a spot available in front of the house for us to park. The house sits on the end of a gravel road. It's very quiet and peaceful there. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. Shower has good water pressure, and the bathroom is right by the guest room. She has a hair dryer that we could use in there as well. The back and front porch are great spots to enjoy breakfast, coffee, and a good book to get the morning started. She had a shelf cleared in the refrigerator that we could use to store our food. We didn't cook anything while we were there, but she did inform me that we could use any cookware, the stove, etc. Another great thing about Marianne's is that she provides 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a boogie board! She also provides beach towels and bath towels as well. She was so sweet and very helpful with recommendations of where to eat and which beach to go to. She even helped me look into renting bikes. We didn't end up renting any, but she recommended Big Daddy's bike shop after getting in touch with a friend to ask about bike rentals! She also checked out uber for us before we got there, and she is the reason why we rented a car. I was so glad to have the car because there aren't very many Uber drivers in the area. I would highly recommend this rental! Great price and even better hosts!

Very sweet and welcoming home. Right across the highway from Gulfplace, which made it very convenient. Comfortable and was just what we needed.

There was a miss-communication with Nathaniel and his wife in terms of our arrival. We missed them and had to stay at another location that night. I'm sure it will probably not happen again.

One of my Wife and I's Best Air bnb experiences yet. Quiet, peaceful and well supplied, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Simona and Bryan are Fantastic hosts.

Simona was super helpful even before we arrived. We were looking for somewhere to play beach volleyball and she gave us some great suggestions to check out. Once we arrived, she welcomed us and even offered us snacks and beverages. The room we stayed in was super well thought out, beautiful and cozy, including the bed, which was like sleeping on a cloud. There were even snacks, wine, and bottled water in the room as well. I would definitely stay at Simona's home again and would suggest it to everyone. She was extremely hospitable and was very flexible with us on check in time. Not to mention that the room was lovely and as tranquil as being at a spa. Thank you Simona for being an amazing host!

Great place to stay to enjoy all things 30a. Close to the beach and lovely local restaurants - Uber or a car is useful. Simona and Bryan are great hosts allowing you your own privacy and also the use of their perfectly equipped home. Would stay again for sure.

Gail made us feel welcomed from the moment we booked our trip! The cottage was ABSOLUTELY adorable and everyone loved it! It was wonderful to be able to stay in a home we could actually good in, enjoy a fire, and just relax instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. This cottage was perfect for us. Everyone we clean, tidy, and instructions for our trip were very clear. We already agreed that we will be coming back, my husband, pup, and I sooner rather than later! We loved that this property was pet friendly and so did our dog! We could have her walk around the back patio with us, or on her lead enjoying the front yard! 5 stars all around! We loved the cottage! It's located in a relaxed quiet area. Perfect place to getaway to after a busy day sightseeing and going to the beach.

This place was worth the price. However, the place smelled of bleach and was far from being clean. The back bedroom bed was like sleeping on a marshmellow and was completely uncomfortable! But let guess you get what you pay for. Everything else was great.

If you're looking for a place that you could stay and save a little money by cooking, then this is the place for you. Gail has this home completely stocked with every little thing that you need to feel at home. All we needed were our clothes and some food. The kitchen was completely stocked. I came with my own laundry detergent, dish detergent and cleaning supplies but all of these things were already here. I've never rented a home that came with so much. I would definitely stay again !

Jan's Sea Cottage experience was everything I wanted for my first airbnb stay. Her place looks exactly like the pictures- clean, inviting, comfortable. She made a wonderful breakfast every morning and homemade sweet tea was available every day. Santa Rosa Beach is just minutes away, relatively quiet and nice- perfect for a getaway. Complete with restaurants, live music, ice cream and coffee shops, there was always something to do or see. Additionally, Jan was around if we needed help, but gave us plenty of private space. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the kitchen and being greeted by her dogs Boo and Lily. Overall I had a wonderful time with my boyfriend and highly recommend staying here!

Jan was absolutely wonderful during our stay! She was there upon our arrival and explained everything that we needed to know! Every morning, she provided coffee and pastries. She was available to answer any questions that we might need and always made us feel at home! She was willing to talk or give us privacy as needed. This was my first airbnb experience and it was definitely amazing! I would recommend anyone to stay here! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very cute. It is also only a mile from the beach which was EXTREMELY convenient! It was also only 30 minutes from Destin, where we were able to go for water sport rentals and parasailing! We had an absolutely fantastic stay with Jan in Florida. Jan warmly welcomed us on arrival, and nothing was too much trouble for her throughout our stay. The room was fabulous, with everything we needed, including a really useful mini-fridge. The bed was super comfortable too! We really appreciated the chocolate treats left for us in the room :) . Jan provided a brilliant breakfast every morning. Lovely fresh fruit and amazingly tasty pastries! Jan was really friendly and we very much enjoyed chatting to her. Jan's entire home is lovely, with a real holiday feel. The location is great too, just a few minutes drive from gorgeous beaches and great places to eat and drink. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would love to go back!

Jan did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She is a very gracious host with a willingness to please. I felt very much at home with her and we have formed a special bond. Her pets are adorable. I will not hesitate to stay with Jan once again should the occasion arise.

Each morning Jan put out a lovely spread for breakfast. She really made my mom and I (and my pooch!) feel at home. The location is fantastic, only 5 minutes from the beach, and close to the main road for easy access anywhere you'd need to go! My girlfriend & I had a wonderful stay at the sea cottage! Jan is a wonderful & gracious host. Beach access was only a short drive(~2 mins away) & there are so many good places to eat in the Santa Rosa area. We will definitely be back.

The Sunshine Cottage is a delightful place to stay. It is small enough to feel cozy with a touch of simple décor which lends an artistic bent to the interior. The terrain surrounding the cottage is lush enough that with a bit of imagination you can feel as if you are in a fairy tale . The cottage was the definition of clean and organized when we first walked in the front door. There was not one speck of dust or dirt to be found. I vacationed with my adult sons and their girlfriends in this house and it was a perfect fit for five adults. We drove to Destin to meander along the boardwalk a couple of evenings and had a bit of fun on the beachfront there. The drive took about 15-20 minutes. In contrast the drive to Santa Rosa beach took under 10 minutes. They were both lovely beaches with the green of the emerald coast shining through the waves. Gail did a great job of supplying the kitchen with utensils and pans. I enjoyed being able to cook for my family and their friends. It is so much more fun to cook than it is to eat at a restaurant. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. In Florida you never know when it will be raining. If you stay at the Sunshine Cottage you can do other things such as play games, watch TV or read if it rains. My party did go out to the beach but the most fun we had was when we came back to the Sunshine Cottage and played cards and talked. This was the best trip I have ever had and the location was an integral part of the magic. Thanks Gail for being the very best hostess ever!

The cotttage was warm and inviting. Plenty of space for the 8 of us who stayed. The amenities were as described- plenty of clean linens, towels and chairs/umbrellas for the beach! Easy to get to the local beaches and other areas nearby- nice and quiet. Lovely lot and home. We loved it and would definitely go back!

Sunshine Cottage is a great little home in a very quiet neighborhood. The host prepped the home well - toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. There's even a little shed with beach chairs and umbrellas. The home is well decorated with comfortable chairs and good mattresses. Sheets and towels are provided. The beach is a short drive away. If you're thinking of "bang for the buck" at Santa Rosa beach, this is a great option.

If you are looking for a nice getaway with a scenic location away from the city traffic and are old-school then this house is perfect!. However, to make it a perfect experience would suggest carrying basic house supplies like bath towels, soap, trash bags, etc.

Wonderfull separate house, super clean, bedroom, bathroom and pantry. Very kind welcome. Absolutely quiet in the midst of a Forest. However, only 3min drive from a mall, 7min to wallmart, 10min to wonderfull beach. Highly recommended !

This house was the perfect outpost for our beach trip. About a mile from the beach and right between Destin and Seaside, we were able to experience all that south Walton County has to offer. The public beach right down the road is beautiful and has a laid-back atmosphere, and the golf cart made it a breeze to access. The community pool in the neighborhood is mind-boggling, it looks like a water park. The propane grill in the backyard living area was a godsend, and our cookout at the house was a big hit. This home is tucked away and quiet, making our trip as relaxing as we had hoped it would be. 5/5, highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this lovely new home! The home was very comfortable for two families with small children. Having use of the golf cart was a huge added bonus and made getting around to the beach and even the neighborhood pool with our group very convenient! The home is located in a nice, quiet residential area that is close to shops, dining, and the beach. We had a perfect little getaway and our hosts were very helpful, responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this home! We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

We had an amazing time and this place was the perfect choice for our family getaway. So close to the beach and minutes from Seaside. The resort style pool does not disappoint and was perfect for days that the kids couldn't get into the water due to the weather. Kim and Andy are the property managers that live next door and they were always available to answer any questions and accommodate all of our needs. The house is also well equipped with pretty much all you could need for cooking. We had a wonderful time grilling and making big meals for our group. We even cooked fresh crab we caught down the road. All around wonderful hosts and a beautiful home to stay in...we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay while in Florida! We hope to return every year and would love to stay again!

Beach Angel met every need and expectation. It definitely felt like a vacation. Communication with the host was always quick and courteous. The home had laminated instructions that were easy to follow for bike use, pool use, remote controls, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped. Thankful that there were pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas for use. Big screen TV's were in each bedroom and the living area. A nice sunporch and front porch for relaxing. The beds were not horrible, but not the most comfy. The master bathroom was pretty amazing though with a large soak tub and 3 shower heads in the separate shower stall.

Beach Angel was absolutely perfect for my family of 8! The decor was beautiful and peaceful to enter. The kitchen and laundry room are a busy mom's dream. My crew had a wonderful time. Easy bike ride to the beach and perfect neighborhood for tween kids to have freedom to ride by themselves. We fell into an easy routine this past week and I already miss it! The photos don't do it justice! Exactly like it was advertised. One of the best family beach vacations we have had. Our first time in the lovely Santa Rosa area but it will not be our last! We are a family of six and our teen daughter brought two friends. Plenty of space, board games, tv in every room, and other necessities to make it feel better than home. Located in a quaint subdivision, with a beautiful community pool, and a laid back feel. We loved the bikes left for use. Since it's a biking community we biked back and fourth to Santa Rosa beach which is only less than a half a mile away. Great restaurants and cute shops in that same area. Also Kim was very friendly and quick with any responses to my few questions. Planning our next trip back in my head as we speak!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The area was very quiet. The stars were spectacular, with very little light pollution to interfere with the view. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Kim and her husband went out of their way to show us how to lock the outside doors. We would highly recommend this house and location to anyone vacationing at Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Cherlye and Dan are simply wonderful folks and hosts. 5 stars times two! :D My fiance and I stayed with them for a few nights on vacation to enjoy the sands and sights of 30A. Cheryle and Dan were very comfortable folks to meet and offered warm welcomings during our stay. We enjoyed the use of their hot tub one night and enjoyed they company and room accommodations every night! As a fellow Superhost, we couldn't have asked for more pleasant and blessed hosts. Highly recommend to future guests as you'll have a wonderful experience as we did. We will seek them out in future 30A vacations.

Dan and Cheryle are the nicest people!! Warm, engaging, and so hospitable!! The room is beautiful, comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet, with a beautiful view of nature, wonderful reading area in the room as well as downstairs, lots of channels on the big screen t.v. they were also very helpful in sharing good places to eat and shop, as well as the best place to get to the beach.

The couple were fantastic, friendly and make me feel welcomed in their home.

Cheryle goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. The room is upstairs and very private with all the accommodations that make you feel like you're staying in a nice hotel. This home is a 10! Because we had two families one needed a pool, (off the charts pool!) teenagers, fabulous bonus room with a huge tv and comfortable sofa. The other family, loved the back private porch, beautiful kitchen, and the short ride to the beech.

Beautiful house located within a mile of the beach. Lots to do for kids as the host provided plenty of board games which came in handy for the one rainy day we had during our stay. Host also left plenty of beach toys as well as chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach as well. The community pool was huge and amazing!!! The kids enjoyed this more than the beach. Kim and Andy provided all the amenities and extras you needed all you need to do is pretty much bring yourself and family and prepare to have a good time at the house or the beach. Loved our vacation and would definitely stay again at this house!!!

We stayed in this home over the Thanksgiving holiday and absolutely loved it. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make a great meal. The home was very clean and had plenty of space to accommodate all 7 of us. The neighborhood pool was the biggest we've ever seen and it was just a short walk to the beach. Kim was a wonderful hostess with wonderful communication before our stay. The house was wonderful and very clean. The neighborhood pool was amazing and my kids thoroughly enjoyed it, as did the adults. Beach access was a short drive and easy enough with all our stuff and 3 kids. The toy and game collection was also nice for when we were in the house. The Internet connection wasn't the greatest but I think it was the newness of the neighborhood. It's wasn't a big deal as we didn't come to the beach to play on the Internet! We had a wonderful, relaxing, and stress free vacation. I would definitely recommend Kim's place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved this almost brand new house in Santa Rosa Beach. It's located in this cute little beach house community, on a quiet cul de sac. The house has a great set up, master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The community pool is amazing and huge! It's exactly what the pictures look like. The house is just literally a few minutes drive to beach access and Santa Rosa Beach shops and restaurants. I would absolutely come back to stay at this house again!

The house was amazing and very spacious! We had an amazing week and would go again! The owner was very helpful by fixing any problems in the house and offering places to eat and hangout in the town!

This large luxury home was perfect for our annual family get-together. There was sleeping space for all 16 of us and the younger ones really enjoyed the pool! There was room for us all to be together, but plenty of places to find a little privacy. It worked really nicely for our family.

This home was wonderfully spacious and perfectly accomadated our family. The beach was not far, you could drive or walk. There were some little shops and restaurants down by the beach. The pool was amazing, although a bit cold. The owners are very friendly and were available anytime there was a need. Our family is looking forward to spending our vacation there again.

What a great home and vacation for the family. The kids loved being right next to the pool and downtown Santa Rosa is just quiet and quaint. The host could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Looking forward to making additional trips down!
