This is a cosy little studio apartment with double bed, kitchenette and shower room, and use of the patio and garden area overlooking the salt pans and some beautiful sunsets. It's well positioned for walks along the coast, about 15 minutes' walk to a popular spot for swimming, there's a restaurant there too, and about 15 or 20 minutes further on from there you're in the centre of Portoroz. There is no view from the apartment itself, but in the good weather we were outside the whole time anyway. Many thanks for the warm welcome.

Hi, Tomaž and his family are super hosts. Very hospitable, friendly and adjustable to your needs. He came to pick us in Lucija, so we didn't get lost. He showed us neighborhood, path to the beach, good restaurants, parking spots, shops etc. This is very important if you are visiting for the first time. He showed us spots based on our interests and needs. The area is very quiet, but 5 minutes out of the city. The apartment is very nice just like shown on the pictures. Tomaž is a great host, he was communicative and understanding, answered us promptly if we had any questions. The accommodations are just like described, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The apartment Aleks is very neat and cozy. Aleks is a friendly host who took the time to explain to us where you can eat well. The apartment is just off the center in a quiet location. By car you can easily get there. The mosquito net was especially nice since there were lots of mosquitoes!

We arrived about one hour early, but Aleks and his wife graciously greeted us. The house is absolutely beautiful. Much more than we expected. The two beds seen in the picture are actually each double twin beds which easily accommodate 4 adults. The kitchen area is nicely equipped, and with beautiful tile work. You can see there was much thought put into the apartment with the guests comfort in mind. It was delightful to have the yard and covered patio. The yard overlooks Slovenia and Croatia and at night the homes are light making for a great view. We only wish we could have stayed for more than one night. The apartment is at the top of a hill, but easy to get to and you can walk into Portoroz. Having a dedicated parking space was good also.

We arrived by car, we were immediately met by the owners house, they live in the house next door. Cottage is small, but very comfortable, we were 2 adults and 2 kids, it was very comfortable, it has everything you need. Very comfortable terrace where we had a great time together. To the sea you can walk, but we drove by car. I recommend to everyone!

I booked the holiday for my family and they did not regret to stay there there. However, there are two points of criticism: Firstly, they have not managed to turn on the TV after he has but works fine with Aleks and secondly, it would have been nice if the apartment had been thoroughly aired before the arrival, because the air was pretty stale. But these are just little things, all in all it was a successful holiday: clean accommodation, friendly host and great environment!

The apartment was fully equipped and really fresh. The hosts took good care of us. The bus to Portoroz and Piran stops nearby the house and goes every 15-20 minutes, very convenient.

My friend had a wedding in Portoroz and I stayed at Marko's appartment for one night. I had a very nice stay here, the appartment is well cared and clean and has everything you need for pleasant stay. Marko is very friendly and he even allowed us to stay in the appartment until sunday afternoon so we could rest, because we came late in the morning from wedding party.

Marlo's apartment was more like a hotel than an Airbnb place in quality, but the hostess' hospitality made it even better! Arriving on Easter, she left decorated eggs among other Easter gifts in the room for our arrival! We got excellent recommendations for dinner, and tips for visiting Piran. This is an excellent place for anyone who would like a romantic getaway to Piran, Portorož, or the Slovenian coast.

Nice, new and clean apartment. We had the top floor. The house is situated along a road, but you do not bother. The place itself is very nice; vines, apple trees etc. Outside there on 2 sides of the property a large picnic table under the vines so that you can eat in the shade. The apartment is 10 to 15 minutes or walk (5 minutes by car) from Portoroz with its cozy boulevard and cozy eateries. There is no real beach here, but plenty of opportunity for sun beds (plus umbrella) rent, have a drink or eating good food. Seawater was super clean and lovely temperature.

The apartment is really nice and as described in the ad ... It has all the necessary facilities for the stay and is bright spacious and comfortable. It is located just outside of Portoroz, only a 5-minute drive from the center and the main beach, so it's a good compromise because it is in a side street (so quieter) but close enough to the downtown, both by car and on foot (about 15 min.) The hosts were kind and helpful ... just arrived we were given a map of Portoroz and Piran and they explained the main attractions to see. What to say ... if we get back to the beach, come back here for sure!

Nice house with fresh grapes kiwis and figs in the garden. Helpful owner and a good central location near the harbor, beach and supermarkets. Kitchen has a dishwasher but could use a bit more utilities. The pictures show what the place is really like. Very nice was the wine from the own vineyard which the owner gave us at arrival.

Albina was a great host. Her son met us at the apartment exactly at the time we planned. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The only downside was that it smelled a bit like glue or some other similar material. Other than that we had no complaints!

We have been very well received by our host, with biscuits and homemade wine! The apartment is new and clean, and located along a roadway. Luckily, there is very little traffic at night, just a few revelers returning home but nothing disturbing though.

It was a wonderful time for us. Albina and her family were very friendly. We have been warmly received by the people. All questions were answered. A clean and practical apartment is equipped with all needed what need to reach maximum well. The kitchen is prima equipped to process the example also the fresh lettuce from the garden can. Because of some traffic issues we arrived a little later as planne. Because of this Jaznez (the landlord) gave us a call if everything was ok with us. We received a warm welcome. Because of the heat is was 35+ C and the hot nights We asked Jaznez for ventilators, which he provided promptly. Then we had our comfortable nights. Jaznez gave us lots of information about Slovenia en "must see" places. Overall we (a family of 5) had a very pleasant stay in Oase with a astounding panorama. We found in Jaznez a very kind, hospitable and informative host.

3 from my relatives spent a weekend in Lucija in Tilens appartment. Its a typical man hood with male decoration. Everything was clean and available. Tilen explained everything to my aunts and so it was easy for them to use the technical gadgets. The apartment was just like in the pictures - very nice and friendly. It had everything you need. Above all, the balcony was very cozy. The apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift, which is a bit tiring, but definitely was beatable. Only the distance to the beach was further stated our opinion, as in the description - we went about 15-20min. Otherwise, we can recommend the apartment for a trip to fifth-definitely. The beach is slightly further away than 700m - we walked about 15-20min. WiFi was great and worked perfectly - the apartment is beautiful and the balcony is really big. We lived on the 5th floor did not bother us so, rather the ants überrall were after we cooked every time. Thank God there was a vacuum cleaner. Otherwise everything was great and highly recommended. Tilan was very sweet and understanding, we would definitely stay there again.

Very good accomondation. It is clean, you get as describet. Very nice and unique. You get a place which is 500m from the beach. To the center of Portorose is 1,5 km, you can walk all the way by the sea. The supermarket is couple meters away. The hosts are very friendly, if you need information they can help you. We recommended definetly to all.

We spent our weekend at Simon's and Mateja's place. Everything was fine: The apartment is small and nice. There is simply everthing you need: hair dryer, microwave, dish soap, spices... Parking spots and a super market are available close by and it is only a short walk to the sea. You can take a longer easy and very pleasant walk along the coast to Piran (via Portoroz). Mateja was a great host. The communication was easy and she could give very useful tips for the area. The arrangements and check in/out entirely trouble-free. I recommend staying with her!

Very nice stay in the apartment. It's very small but very cute, there's everything you need and a big terrace. Everything is like the pictures and very clean. It's perfect for 2 people, not suitable for small kids due to the particulars stairs. We were with our daughter of 8 and there was still enough space for us as the apartment is really well organized even if tiny. Host very kind and careful, able to provide tips. Apartment very close to the beach and supermarket.

We were warmly welcomed and briefed by the hostess. The apartment is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but clean and very well equipped. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view over the rooftops and adjacent houses of the city. The property is quiet and yet centrally located. I had a wonderful stay at Ana's apartment in the center of Portoroz. The space was small, but you had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host met us at the local bus terminus and was very friendly and helpful (she speaks excellent English!) I would definitely recommend staying at this property for it's location, right in the center of Portoroz with access to all the towns sites. The sea area is a 5 min walk away.
