Light airy accommodation located 20 mtrs from private house with total privacy surrounded by farmland as far as the eye can see. One well behaved dog is very welcome as our little Labradoodle loves company. Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Delightfully Refurbished Semi Detached House

Openness was the key theme to the 2018 refurbishment ; the Kitchen and Dining rooms merged into one with large doors extending this space further onto the patio. Space re arranged upstairs to include a bathroom and three separate bedrooms. Taking the chimney breast out was quite a job but provided room for the corridor and made the new layout work quite well. STAIRS : Please not that this is a Victorian era two up two down house and as such the stairs are quite steep.

Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our 2 acre garden, with views onto open fields with horses and our miniature donkey in its paddock. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful Surrey Hills. Our village has a fabulous pub which is a 10 minute walk away. The closest station is Shalford which a few minutes drive away or a 10 minute drive to Guildford and Guildford is a 35 minute train journey from London Waterloo.

This is a very cosy self contained double bedroom with ensuite, not a cottage with lots of rooms! Please read the full description and look carefully at the photos. Kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Very efficient electric wall heaters. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Please enquire. Check-in after 4pm. Check-out by 10am.
