Francesca was an Amazing host! She is from Mallorca and gave me great hints on the Island. The Apartment is very clean and quiet, located in a very nice spot between Palma and Magaluf, and close to the beach! A Great Weekend!

We spend a perfect week in Asuncion's flat. She was very careful with us and gave us the best places to visit in Mallorca ! I recommend.

Asunción made us feel very welcome and provided us with loads of tips on what to do on the island. The flat is in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area, and relax at the beach. The view from the balcony is also very nice. The place itself is nice, you get what you pay for.

Id stayed in Asun's apartment for 5 nights in Aug 2016! It is a small studio apartment with a fold out bed in an top top location! It contains everything you need and is about 30 metres from Palmanova beach! The balcony has a lovely view of the sea and every night you can sit out and enjoy the live music from the restaurant downstairs! Asun herself was lovely and extremely accommodating and helpful during my stay! I would recommend this place to a solo traveller or a couple who are looking for a no frills apartment at a good price with no compromise on location!

We spent 9 nights with a friend in Asunción's apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is confortable, the kitchen is well equiped, the view is stunning with a central position. The apartment is located in the center of the animation in Palmanova near Magaluf so all the restaurants are very accessible. Its animated but not noisy once the windows are closed. Asunción is a very nice and very welcoming host. I warmly recommend.

We stayed for five nights in this super local and cozy apartmend. The couch was really comfy, way more than we expected. The view from the balcony is super beautiful. Everything was close by. Asunción was really nice. We had a great time and we're sure that we'll come back.

Generally apartment was clean, well organised and in good location with easy find parking space. The only issue were cockroaches literally even 5 at the time finding even in the oven or fridge... I understand that it is an old building and this is how it is in the island, but sth should have been done about it or at least guests should have been warn. I lived in the island for a while but my mom who is not used insects was constantly freaking out.

This is a great place to stay and Steva is a great host. He collected us from the airport and took us to the local shop to get some food and drinks for the apartment. The place is small but comfortable for two people with good facilities for cooking. Our only complaint is that the wifi is terrible so we had to buy mobile data to get online for trip advisor etc. A great stay and would go back again!

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and nice. The swimming pool was perfect! It's very well located and near the beaches, which was important to us. The area is very calm. Steva is very friendly and flexible -we arrived very late and he was ok with it. We will definitely come back :)

Un séjour parfait chez Steva qui est un hôte très sympathique, arrangeant et disponible. L'appartement est fonctionnel, nous y avons logé aisément à 3, et tout l'équipement indiqué est bien présent. Il est situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur. La piscine est chauffée (26°C au mois d'avril) et la plage est à proximité immédiate. Steva nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, nous ne manquerons pas de retourner à nouveau dans son appartement si nous revenons à Majorque. Merci à lui !

Cosy place, quiet with a nice sea view an no traffic disturbing. The appartment carries all items and facilities required for 2 people, the pool is directly in front of it. slight chance that the owner uses the pool for a short period, thus not guaranteed that you stay by yourself - but it did not occur to us, we enjoyed privacy as planned. Admirable neighborhood, celebrities included ;-) Close to Costa d'en Blanes and in the village down there you find the harbour, restaurants, shopping facilities and of course nice and clean beaches. All within walkable distance. We really enjoyed the days and will come back! Multi-lingual owner family, German, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Catalan: all covered, so easy and welcoming communication included..

Everything perfect, Elene met me and showed me the apartment told me to message her if any problems. No problems. The appartment was spotless clean, it's got everything i needed and the location could not be better, shops, bars, excellent public transport, pool & sea just a few minutes walk. I will be definitely be stopping again if Elena will have me. A1++++++++

We had a really nice stay here and everything we needed in the apartment. It was clean and even got heating which we appreciated when we came home at night. We could cook some meals when we didn't want to eat out and the next supermarket is right around the corner. The bed was very comfortable. We rented a car so we could reach all our destinations quickly and had no trouble finding a parking spot in the evening.

be careful with the toilet, it seems to get clogged easily. And whatever you break or if it doesn't work: she doesn't have insurance, so she is going to want you to pay (happened for us with the clogged toilet). She was always a bit in a hurry and seemed therefore unfriendly, but I guess it was just because she was in a hurry.

I rented this flat for my mum. Anna was a great host in this flat for my mum, it's just as advertised, she even went the extra mile to arrange internet signal for this property, as it wasnt advertised. It was a decent place, basic but I guess enough for a beach holiday.

My friend and I were very, very UNHAPPY with the apartment in general... Not only there was a huge hole on the bathroom roof (with dry paint falling all over the floor and with the view of all the pipes and their humidity) but many other things not working properly. From the shower comes hardly any water to have a proper bath.. If your are a girl, forget about washing your hair.. Also, the blinds of the window do not go down meaning that the light enters at 6 in the morning being impossible to rest due to the heat. Ventilation in the kitchen is also broken, if you happen to cook something then forget about wearing your clothes next day. We are very disappointed as we are paying around 90 dollars each night for what we expected to be better than a hostel and it was actually far worse.. I have used Airbnb around 10 times already, believe me, the price is not worth an apartment like that. Ana, the host, assumed the fact that apartment was not in good conditions and she gave us back only €30 after having to complain for several days. Not recommendable!

Anna ist eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation vor der Reise hat wunderbar funktioniert. Trotz dem, dass unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir am späteren Samstag Abend angekommen sind, hat sie geduldig auf uns gewartet. Während unseres Urlaubs hätten wir sie jederzeit kontaktieren dürfen, wenn etwas gewesen wäre. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Einfache Einrichtung, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht und wie es beschrieben ist. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, rochen sogar sehr gut. Die ein oder anderen Gebrauchsspuren von Vormietern sind zu sehen gewesen, was aber nicht dramatisch war. Im Badezimmer gibt es ein Loch in der Decke, wodurch man Leitungen und Rohre sehen kann... Gestört hat es uns jedoch nicht. Allerdings kommt der Essensgeruch aus den anderen Wohnungen durch das Badezimmer durch, was nicht so toll war, aber auch das sollte kein Grund sein, dieses Appartment nicht zu buchen. Die Duschbrause hat wunderbar funktioniert, es kam mehr als ausreichend Wasser heraus - also überhaupt kein Problem lange Haare damit zu waschen. Keine Ahnung, warum dies in der vorherigen Bewertung anders dargestellt ist. Es ist kein Luxusappartment, aber für einen bezahlbaren Urlaub am Meer (wo man die Tage eh draußen verbringt) absolut ausreichend. Danke an Anna!

L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli. L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description. Il est bien placé dans la ville et agréable. Seul bémol par rapport à l'emplacement dans le pays, Son Caliu manque d'animations le soir mais nous avons tout de même accès facilement et rapidement aux villes animées.

Angel was there too meet us on arrival, very kindly showed us where everything was and made sure we had all that we needed. The apartment was exactly as described online and is in the perfect location so that you can get to numerous supermarkets and beaches on foot or use public transport if you wanted to go further away (e.g. Palma) The apartment has large sliding windows so you can sit on the sofa with a cup of tea in the warm sunshine in the morning and look out over the swimming pool, is big enough for 4. Has a lovely new bathroom as it has recently been refurbished and reasonable cooking facilities. I would highly recomend, thank you Angel for your hospitality!

Jordan's place was perfect for a couple with a car. Beautiful studio apartment with balcony, free private parking, and really only a 5 minute walk from the beach and main drag in Palmanova! It was a great value lodging, containing everything we needed, including bottled water for coffee as the tap water in Mallorca is not potable. We had a great time. Any and all questions were taken care of promptly, and we got to meet Jordan's father at the family restaurant not a 7 minute walk from the apartment. It was a great stay and I would stay again!

We had a great time in the apartment of Jordan. There is a nice terrace and the apartment has a homely feel. It gets a little bit light in the morning, hence if you have eye pads, good to bring them. Beach is a two minute walk, with plenty of restaurants, bars etc. We came down in the mornings for a swim. In the previous reviews people had mentioned how steep the walk was. It wasn't that bad at all. It is not flat, but it is an easy walk from the beach...

I had a great time there, conveniently located, only small issue, no freezer to prepare ice cubes for nice gin tonics on the terrace ;)

We received the keys without any problems and had a brief and nice talk with the host. The apartment is well located and large enough at least for two couples. The interiors are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The balcony is very spacious and comfortable as well. The view is very nice. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked big and clean. The apartment was very well equipped. The only thing that didn't work -at least during our stay- was the wireless internet. Apparently some technicians were working on the building's internet, but we couldn't get online. Regardless of this issue, I recommend this apartment. It was a nice stay.

The apartment was very nice and Isabel very helpful. The rooms are clean and all you need is in the apartment. Incl. a parasol for the beach. There is a swinging pool downstairs. Especially the wide balcony (5th floor) with the view of the sea was a nice place to stay. The Island is nice and green and great for cycling. The apartment is close to the tourist area, but lays more in a normal street. Bus stop and supermarket are just in front of the door. Isabel is very enthusiastic and can give you good advice.

Flat is very nice with 2 rooms, 1 livingroom and a big balcony covered with glass frame(very nice view of the sea). You can find everthing in it ,that you need during your stay. Apartment place is very convenient; markets, restaurants, sea(by walking at most 10 minutes) for us tennis Academy are very closed. Isabel is very nice And helpful host, from the airoplane landed the Palma de Mallorca till you leave the flat she assists And helps you for what you need .Thanks Isabel for this great stay in Palmanova.

Iain's flat is as advertised, very good location, clean, spacious, very good WiFi, new furniture and high floor with great views of the sea. Iain was very accommodating and kind to wait until late for the check-in. Wolf was really a nice host. He was there on time for checkin and the flat was as described on here. Close to stores and restaurants and more important really close to the beach! The public transport to Palma and other places were just outside the residence too. Overall a great experience would recommend it to anyone.
