Hier thront Ihr hoch oben über allem mit einer herrlichen Sicht über den See bis zu den Alpen. Ihr könnt den Wolken, dem Wetter zuschauen und wie sich die Farbe des Sees verändert. Sehr romantisch. Ein erholsamer Ort außerhalb der turbulenten City und gleichzeitig ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Staader Straße hinunter geht´s zum Hörle Park mit Badestrand und zum Jacht- und Fähre-Hafen von Staad. Für einen Bummel in der City braucht man mit Rad/Bus ca. 15 min.

Space for solo travelers in Allensbach!

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. I rent out my cozy and bright vacation apartment in a central location in the trendy district of Petershausen in Constance. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own kitchen, bathroom and a nice terrace with its own garden. From here you are in 10 minutes in the old town or on Lake Constance, in 5 minutes on the Rhine and can discover Constance quite comfortably on foot (or by bus). The nearest shopping center is also just 5 minutes away.

Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities. The apartment was equipped in 2020 with a new bathroom and a new kitchen, has a separate access with a covered terrace and a parking space directly at the apartment.
