The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Die 70qm Wohnung liegt zentral, mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Kulmbach. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist auch ein zentraler Startpunkt, um von dort aus die umliegenden Wander-und Fahrradwege im nahegelegenen Frankenwald und dem Fichtelgebirge zu erkunden. Gaststätten und Kneipen sind circa 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt die Wohnung ruhig am Fuß der Plassenburg.

The "Alte Schlosserei" was built in 1850 and renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. The connection between Altem and Modern gives this place its special style. The large, spacious living room is particularly cozy due to the gas fireplace. The two sleeping areas have three rooms with a total of five beds. Two double beds and a single bed. Each of the two sleeping areas has their own bathroom en suit.
