The house offers enough space for two families and you have it all to yourself. It is situated directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house ourselves frequently, so it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two parent bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, living room with dining area and lounge for cinema evenings.

Immediate shopping about 50 meters to Edeka, bakery, beverage market, hairdresser, physiotherapy and pharmacy, as well as 3 restaurants... Best connections to the Spreewald and to Berlin, the Tropical Island is about 30 minutes by motorway (up to the A10 it is about 5 minutes) ... Also great connection to Poland to the market stroll ( about 35 minutes by motorway)
