It lies on a sunny slope, just 5 km from the ski center Zadov – Churáňov. It offers stunning views of the surrounding area and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartman Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace , large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is 10 min walk, there is a pharmacy in the village.

With the possibility of sitting under the pergola in a closed garden, there is a gas grill. The building is near the pond Pustý, which is suitable for swimming. There are many beautiful bike paths around the ponds and forests, with the possibility of swimming in sunken quarries. In Blatná there is a castle with a beautiful park where you can feed taxes. We recommend a trip to the historic Písek, Březnice.

An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. The village of Smodeč was founded in 1310 and today only a few historical houses have been preserved, including a place to stay and enjoy the feeling of ancient times, memories and stories that have long passed.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
