1830 Enchanting, Light-Filled Farmhouse Apartment

Gather around the fire pit and stargaze with toasted marshmallows, then cozy up on the cream corner sofa in front of a movie. Warm hardwood floors combine with chunky wooden furniture, historic beams, and elegant sash windows at this period retreat. This second floor apartment of a two unit 1830 farmhouse can be rented on its own or with the downstairs unit. Booked as just the second floor, it is completely secluded with its own private entrance. ALL NEW cozy, designer decorated, original VT farmhouse entire 2ND FL. apartment. King bed that can be split into twins and a queen bed. Plus small double size fold out sofa. Full kitchen, living room and bathroom. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area only. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well. * LOWER APT. can be rented as well or whole house can be rented. (Title of listing: 1830 Farm House 1ST FLOOR APT.) No shared space except yard and driveway. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, fire pit, charcoal grill, laundry. Newly constructed 1 Bedroom apartment above our garage for rent in the heart of East Warren. Ski on/off Blueberry Lake Cross Country Center access. We are just 5 miles from Sugarbush Resort and 10 miles from Mad River Glen. Apartment has private outdoor parking and entry. This is directly adjacent our home.
