Beach Berry townhome is a fabulous 3-level townhome in the secluded gated beach community of Barrier Dunes. My home is a lake front, private end unit townhome overlooking the tranquil lake fountain with an ocean view from the 3rd floor balcony. You will love the large back porch for eating, grilling and rocking while watching beautiful coastal sunsets and listening to the fountain's cascading water.. The ocean, pristine uncrowded beaches, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and children's playground are all 500 steps or less from my door. Many extras have been added to make Beach Berry a very special home away from home. My guests will enjoy 4 adult bikes, tennis rackets/balls, beach chairs/umbrellas, fishing pole, beach toys and floats. A complimentary bottle of Beach Berry wine, coffee, spices; every large and small kitchen appliance imaginable, and electric grill are provided for your dining pleasure. The laundry room is on the main floor and has a large washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. You will find nice china and glassware, thick towels and good quality bed linens. You will also enjoy washing the sand off after an ocean or bay swim in the outdoor enclosed shower at Beach Berry. My home is tastefully decorated in a beach breezy nautical decor. IT is a two bedroom home with a full bath adjacent to each bedroom. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and a futon that makes into a double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The couch in the main living area converts into a queen size bed. You will feel relaxed and carefree the minute you arrive. All you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion. For adventure, hike the nearby state park trails, fish in the ocean and bay, wade for fresh scallops, bike the 12 mile cape bike trail, explore the bay by kayak, ride horseback on the beach, charter a fishing trip or climb to the top of the lighthouse. Visit the historical towns on the "Forgotten Coast" free from traffic jams, high rises and theme parks. Try the areas local restaurants for a taste of the best fresh oysters, shrimp and scallops you will find anywhere in the world. There is nothing to distract from the natural beauty of this unspoiled area of Florida. This is a serene beautiful place to reconnect with nature, nourish the spirit, enjoy family, make new friends, and create lifetime memories.
