Nice flat in the heart of a catalan little town

In a narrow cobblestone street of Céret, some steps from the restaurants of Place des Neufs Jets and less than five minutes walk from the Museum of Modern Art and from the cafés on the "Promenade". We are at 28 km from the nearest sandy beaches in Argeles, 34 km from Collioure and its rocky coast and 15 km from the cross-border town of Le Perthus. A good location too for mountain and walking lovers as we are surrounded by nice sunny mountains and not far from our "Canigou", a beautiful 2 784 m.

The Moulin de Reynès was built in 1602, on the river, in the heart of a preserved valley a few kilometers from Céret. It operated until the 1950s and is still in working order. The renovation of the residential area dates back to 2010. Gîte de France classified 3 ears, of totally independent character, along a small river.
