The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. The Pool House is a one bedroom self contained apartment newly built. You have you own private entrance and parking at the door. The light filled living space with high ceilings, skylights, fan and reverse cycle air conditioning looks out to your private leafy courtyard.
