Please relax in this 50-year-old traditional house as if you were visiting your grandmother's house in the countryside. After surfing or golfing, relax in a Japanese-style room and enjoy a BBQ in the garden, experience a sauna with a natural groundwater bath (14°C year-round) (separate fee), play with your pet in the courtyard, watch the beautiful starry sky at night, or enjoy watching a movie on the large screen. 3 minutes by car to a restaurant (30 minutes by car to an izakaya), 15 minutes by car to a supermarket 10-minute walk to the sea (swimming not allowed) 20 minutes by car to Shin-Nichi Surf Point It's an inconvenient location, but you can also go to the Hinode no Ishikado, the Rape Blossom Festival, and cafes in 5 minutes by car. The fees are 1,000 yen for a BBQ brazier for 2 people, 1,500 yen for a BBQ stove for 31,500 yen for 3-4 people, 2,000 yen for 5-6 people, and 2,500 yen for 6-8 people. Located in Toba City, Mie Prefecture, this building was designed by the renowned architect Hiroshi Naito as the "Shima Museum" and was later used as the Koichi Iwaki Motorcycle Pavilion. We are now starting a new life as an accommodation! A temple-like BBQ space, a large living room, a barrel sauna, and a sky full of stars. Campfires are also allowed. There is also a basketball hoop, piano, and projector. Surrounded by forests and no private houses around, you can stay without worrying about anyone. Recommended for training camps, parties, and events. There are 3 bedrooms, so it is also recommended for multiple families. We would also like to have architects and architecture students stay. It is a little off the Pearl Road that connects Ise Shima and Toba, so I think it is a great place for touring riders to gather. The large wooden roof that covers the entire building is impressive. It also makes you feel the warmth of the wood, and it's majestic but somehow nostalgic. Enjoy a completely private space surrounded by nature. We await your visit.
