Diese schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gratisparkplatz vor unserem Haus liegt in einer sehr sicheren, grünen und ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel und auch das Stadtzentrum ist innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten schnell und einfach erreichbar. Die Nähe zur Donauinsel stellt übrigens auch für Radfahrer einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen dar und die Lage ermöglicht eine stressfreie Anreise, da SIe mit ihrem Auto nicht die Großstadt durchqueren müssen.

Abstetten is located on the edge of the Vienna Woods, 1km from Sieghartskirchen on the Bundesstraße 1. The station Tullnerfelder Bahnhof of the Hochleistungsbahn Wien-Salzburg is in the immediate vicinity and you are in about 10 minutes in the center of Vienna,also in about 10 minutes in the state capital St. Pölten.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
