Favilla by the lake

Kick back and relax by the fireplace, maybe in a bathtub overlooking the lake, or take a dip in the pool and barbecue on the extra-large grill! Once out of the house, only 50 m from the park, the beach and the harbour from where the cruise ships depart. You can see the lake's wildlife by the 3-person canoeing inside the house! There are several restaurants, wellness, and spas in the area. We recommend the bike path built around the lake at a distance of 30 km! There are plenty of options to rent an electric bike in the vicinity!

The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has a 100 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

Near the lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. on foot) is our holiday home. It is ideal for 6-7 persons. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play soccer. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We live next to the guest house, you can always contact us with your questions. For festivalgoers, parties, loudspeakers, we don't rent out accommodations.

The house is located 300 m from the Venice North Beach (the site of EFOTT) and 300-400 m from the busy main roads. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking and recreation. The outside house has a sauna and two sup boards.
