Harold was brilliant. He came to pick us up at the airport, and was very relaxed and smiley even though our flight had come in an hour and a half late. He then drove us to his flat which is about 10 mins away and took the time to take us through everything. He explained how everything worked really well. He then took us to eat a pretty good local restaurant... and the list goes on. The flat itself is great, cool, clean, and well furnished. The fridge was stocked with goodies that Harold invited us to enjoy and the view over the sea in the morning was beautiful. Perhaps best of all, we had a lovely swim in the very big pool which is part of the block the next morning. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and Harold's a great host. Highly recommended as a place to stay close to airport for a night or two.

The stay was excellent with harold his apartment has a great location just five minutes from the airport .. The apartment has a spectacular pool and beautiful sea view is comfortable and pleasant .. he received me at the airport and took me the next day, my stay for one night was very good.

As the apartment a great view but as I suggested I think the cleanliness and order in general could improve a lot as well as the bathroom equipped with several towels. For those who need to be near the airport for a day or two this place is safe and very welcoming.

If you’re looking for vacations in Maracaibo then speed up your search because this is your best option. The house is new , actually very quite, a bit more spacious then expected, convenient location , clean , entire home has new A/C. Top priority, the house is inside the villa topped with electrical wire and surround the villas, opening at one vehicular and pedestrian access point, the security guards sits 24 hours a day at the gate to allow people in or out, they always checking the identification and destination of the visitor. Everything was perfect! The house is really clean and Alberto is a wonderful host. Alberto made himself available throughout our stay and took the time to made sure that we had all the information. Tips: Where to go for breakfast and/or dinner "Pastelería Dolcissimo" is a bakery, you will find fresh coffee, breakfast, desserts, also has fresh pasta and sauce .. try the alfredo sauce yummy!!! if you need also they have all ready to go for have dinner at home, ask Alberto , he will take you there. Need hire somebody to help you to keep the house clean and organize then ask Alberto he will find a loyal service, he also offer service for take you around and give you safe tour. Overall, the hotel is well located. The residential complex where the house is quiet and pleasant. It is a bit out of the city or some tourist sites.

I can summarize my stay in Maracaibo in one word: "incredible". Alberto was willing to pick me up earlier and took me home safely. Then, he showed me the whole city and its most important places. Also, took me to the sabor zuliano restaurant to have lunch "it was delicious". In addition I met his kind and beautiful family who were very nice with me and made me feel taken care. At night we ate patacon (you definitely have to eat this) and had a really good time. On the other hand the house is awesome, comfortable and big. I definitely recommend Maracaibo and this place to have a good time of relax.

My stay in Maracaibo is very well, thanks to Alberto who was able to be listening, available guide. My assumption was from the airport (arrival) stay, guide, city tour, meals, shopping, airport (departure) with respect, friendliness, sharing, getting along all safe. it was great! the host is a true local and knows the island inside out! food was great i celebrated my birthday there and it was a great idea! they made me a cake and treated us like family! plus the there is a great bar walking distance and it was very fun!

I really enjoyed this place. The people here are very kind and go out of their way to take care of you. It's one of my favorite places I've stayed. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again. On a side note: The food here is also amazing!

The young Louis and his team welcomed us and are perfectly looked after us during this stay. The posada very nice and despite the little neighborhood that be a bit noisy at times. very good food for a reasonable price compared to the price quite expensive restaurants on the island. Air conditioning and fan were perfect. The good quality bedding. The two dachshunds Umberto and his grand mother very friendly;) Again thank you for this nice stay ....

A beautiful posada with a fantastic host that made me feel like at home. They went the extra mile when I told them that I'm gluten intolerant and made me gluten free pancakes and bread for breakfast on top of the traditional corn arepas! Highly recommended.

Alfredo offers apartments of one bedroom and bathroom plus kitchen area where they can be placed two single beds or depending on the requirements, in a small set of 12 apartments, sofa we stayed in two of them with babies under one year, it was very important for us because we needed the kitchen cooking every day for babies. The apartment is simple but fully functional, the stove burners have good flame and the fridge has a small freezer that was very useful in a couple of opportunities resorted to asking Alfredo larger Hollas and immediately got them. The air conditioner cools the room very much (enough to cool the kitchen area if the door is left open) and we never lacking water or light. The set is a little rundown of what can be seen in the photos but this is no problem, everything is clean, the staff is excellent, there is always someone willing to resolve any problems that arise. The location is very good and central, we went with own vehicle, and perhaps the only drawback is they do not give control to the gate, probably for safety reasons and must ask you to open every time you leave or enter which can be a bit annoying especially for the hosts if you go out at night, but I must say I always respond promptly. On several occasions we used the pool by walking with children which is very useful to entertain while we organized for departure. Finally reiterate that our experience was positive, Alfredo is very friendly and approachable and offers a very economical service even cancellation policies are not as flexible (which is understandable).

I felt at home, the apartment has everything you need to relax and be comfortable. It features a large living room, chairs, coffee table, a good kitchen, refrigerator and everything needed for cooking. The bedroom is spacious with good closet. The bathroom is clean and welcoming. The setting is quiet because the street is residential, safe and surrounded by buildings safely. A 2 minute walk across bakery, minimarket where I bought everything for breakfast - lunch - dinner and also found hardware store, pharmacy, bank (very important), and even nearby is a travel agency. Alfredo helped me in everything I needed during my stay that lasted 12 days. I recommend this accommodation to any and all who are planning to visit Maracaibo !!!

Alfredo's place is a great value for the money and Alfredo and his sister Patricia were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

The place was better than what I expect, the place it need some renovation and the pool was not ready, very secure and trusted placed to stay while le in Maracaibo, Alfredo is a great host I didn't see him much but all questions were answer in a very polite and accurate way. This apartment is nice and clean. The apartment and the house safe by 100%. If you need to do business in Caracas or you are a traveler, just to sleep a couple of nights, this is a great and easy option. But if you are a vacationer, I believe that this appartment is far from the center and big shopping centers. And if you are staying for a long time, there is unfortunately no washing machine. We went 3-4 quarters in the district, the stores products and see that there is a number. Products can be purchased through a quarter in the next street. If you need a SIM card of local mobile operator, you can buy the shopping center located 100 meters on the ground floor. If we talk about the cost of apartment rent, it is fully adequate, as close to the center and the more expensive the area the price is much higher. Therefore, I believe that the apartment value and location.

The information we had before we left Venezuela in Brazil were frightening, a lot of violence, political uncertainty, lack of basic items ... We arrived in Caracas and find a warm, cheerful and receptive people. Jesus and his family made us feel at home. Very attentive, helped us at all. The apartment is very comfortable, well located and has everything you may need close, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery ... We loved our stay in Caracas and we are already making plans to return.
