We spent 5 days with my mother in the small studio of Didier it is perfect for a family or romantic trip! Located in the middle of the old town district is charming, next to all transport and the sea is very well located! It is very easy to communicate with Didier, we thank you again for this trip :)!

Massena, at the same time despite a very rough life in an apartment absolute silence, no one and nothing prevents spat.Kvartira very small but decorated with much love .Mozhno used for 4 adults, although the host writes about a family with two children, but if adult people with an active lifestyle and without any claims they may also use this accommodation if not afraid to sleep at 2 bunk beds. The apartment has everything you need: heaters, shower, washing machine, wi-fi, TV net.Esli want to immerse themselves in the life of the old Nice, you here, but the comfort of a 5-star hotel you are not obeschayut.Lifta not, therefore, who are hard to climb on the 5th floor-think.

Close to the attractions of Nice, 2. to the beach to go 3-5 minutes, 3. Near a huge supermarket monoprix near the square of Garibaldi, 4. You can easily get there by tram, or by bus to anywhere in the city. From the central station it is possible to travel to the surrounding cities of the Côte d'Azur and Monaco, from the other station - to visit the impressive village of Entrevaux in the Alps. Although the apartment is on the 5th floor and had to actively go in for sports several times a day climbing and going down the stairs, on the third day we noticed that the missing breathing :) The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable beds. I advise this option for those who are looking for the most economical option of living in Nice.

Didier was a very nice and likeable host! We were there as a family, with 2 small children. Walked to the beach and to the market which was great. The apartment was also just like in the pictures, even more charming. But just as small. Steep stairs to the 5th floor, but ok. What we underestimated however is the location directly in the outing area with hellishly many tourists and among other things Livemusik up in the morning hours and smell of Indian cuisine the whole evening. But price performance fits in any case :)

The apartment is fully consistent with the description. The owner is very kind and attentive and helped get from the airport, and drove out to the airport. The apartment has coffee, tea, sugar, cocoa, and on arrival we waited for another treat from the host - a sweet cherry, a bottle of wine, cake, candy, as well as water and eggs for breakfast. The location is very good. Everything completely corresponds to the description. The location is magnificent. The owner has provided everything that is necessary for living. It was a little bit difficult to get to the first time, so it was a bit late than check-in time. My grandmother came out in the alley and waited. The location, accessibility was really good :-) First of all, my grandmother really takes care of me as a family, and although I can only communicate in French, communication is a little inconvenient, but I was really happy to do my best. Thanks to Nice, I'm making a lot of good memories!

Nanou is fantastic and very helpful !! She opens the doors of her home, as if we were there! Very clean, well located close to everything! Would recommend without hesitation !!!

We loved staying at Nanou's home. She and her family were very friendly and despite the language barrier we managed to communicate through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate! The area is very nice with good food and nightlife just a stones throw away from a beach that is the best I've swam in. Would definately recommend!!

Room was very nice, clean and a large area with comfortable bed. Very good location, within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and the beach. Bad points include the street below was very noisey all throughout the night until 7am which made it very hard to sleep as being a light sleeper. Check in was a little difficult as there was no instructions and Nanou was unreachable for about half an hour when I was out the front waiting. Nanou spoke no English so got no recommendations for Nice but that was okay as was only staying 1 night.

Alain is the perfect host - very professional (notice) and very welcoming and flexible. Small apartment very well placed for walking around the city center of Nice. Street / pedestrian area - access by car is more complicated; so it is better to travel light and not too sensitive to noise in the street. In short, a very pleasant stay and a good value.

This location was absolutely perfect. It was so easy to travel to the train station by bus. Very close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Andrea was the best host I've had during my month long birthday trip. Great energy and personality. She was wonderful explaining and helping me with everything. The view from the terrace was absolutely breath taking. Sunsets and sunrises everyday. I would def book with her again. I would recommend taking advantage of this place. Loved the views and the central location, Andrea's place is really easy to find and a great starting point for exploring the old town with many shops and restaurants nearby. Also excellent transport links as you are on the tramline to the main station and many buses nearby. The room is good for a solo traveller but did get very hot during Nice's heatwave! Access to the bathroom is through the kitchen. Do find the time to chat to Andrea as she has some great tips for the area and surrounds.

Having a dinner on the terrace with the stunning view took me hours, because i was enjoying it so so much, best relax ever!:)Everything what you need is really near, tram is just 10m, right across the street is great park,nice restaurants around, shops with food, with clothes and souvenir right in the old town,the beach is also few minutes walking..its very easy to find it and also there is an elevator which is a big plus! Great for solo women travelers i must say !! Andrea is great host, she gave me some amazing tips, and because of her i saw much more unbelievable places with great views. She is really helpful and truly nice person! Andrea's place provides everything you need for a wonderful and unforgettable stay in Nice. The place cannot be more centrally located and is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the charming old town, and in great proximity to the beach. The best part is the balcony with an awesome view from the top floor of the building over the entire old city on one side and the newer (still a couple hundred years old) town on the other side. The view from the balcony during sunset is absolutely breathtaking. Andrea is an awesome host with amazing stories to tell about living in multiple countries. We had very meaningful and fun conversations. On the night of my arrival multiple main streets in Nice were blocked so my Uber had to stop a couple blocks away from Andrea's place. Since it was after midnight and I was concerned about walking alone in unfamiliar areas at that time, Andrea actually walked from her apartment to where I was dropped off to get me. I tremendously appreciate that. If I ever come back to Nice I would definitely stay with Andrea again. Best of the best. Thanks Andrea!

Dorothee was nice enough to let us check in super early as we had gone all night traveling without sleep and weren't able to check into our hotel til the afternoon, she really saved us and we were able to get some much needed shut eye and a nice shower... the location is very central and many shops restaurants and the beach are walkable

Dorothy is a nice lady who really wants to please the guest. It was more like having a roommate than a hotel room. But if you want something off the beaten track and yet located right smack in the center of old town Nice, this is it! The 19th century chandelier and table in the livingroom are a bonus.

Loved it! Geoff met me at the apartment when I arrived from the airport. We chatted a bit and he gave me a key and told me everything I needed to know. The apartment is in the old downtown which is a charming area which felt completely nice even walking alone at night. I was in town for the Euro2016 and the apartment is very close to the fanzone as well as what looked like 100s of restaurants and bars. Nice is SO beautiful, I definately want to come back and spend more than the 24 hours I had to spare this time around.

If you are looking for a bed for a couple of night in one of the top locations of Nice this is a great choice. In the heart of Vieux Nice, walking to the beach, through the cobblestone streets of the old town where there is a bar, restaurant, vintage shop and Italian gelatto place on every corner you can experience Nice almost around the clock. Not suitable if you have limited mobility ( 5 flights of stairs) or if you are a light sleeper ( street sounds - people enjoying the nightlife, no curtains) Geoff is laid back and cool sharing his space - shower, toilet, and a shelf in the fridge.

Geoff is a very cool host. He talked with us about his music performance. I enjoyed staying in his apartment. The location is also very good, easy to get there from airport or train station. It's right in the old town of Nice, very close to beach. If you want to go to Monaco, you can take a tram and get off at Garibaldi and then take a bus No. 100. The bus leaves every 15 minutes. I would stay there again if I come back to Nice.

We liked this room. We had a good reception. The bathroom is small but functional. We doubted the room given the few photos, but overall we enjoyed our experience since we would only sleep. VERY NEAR downtown. The Host was friendly to us, we could leave our luggage before and after hours check-in and check-out. He does not speak any French, plan to speak English !!!

We liked to stay in this apartment, which is well equipped with all necessary things for staying comfortable and cooking for 4 people. We stayed here with our 3 years old daughter, the apartment is family friendly and I would recommend for family vacations. Few things to consider, thought: it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Few nights there were laud music played in the nearby bars until 10:30pm. These weren't an issue for us, but could be with younger kids... The location is excellent! Beach is like 10m walking distance, all major public transportation options and a nice, big park with several playgrounds are just a street away. There are tons of restaurants, bars, gelato, shops, grocery stores and local market in the old town, within few min walking distance. The staff is excellent, very responsive and friendly. Recommended!

Fanny's place is amazing,I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go and visit Nice ! The apartment is in a great location right in the centre, the beach is about 5 min walk , the market is about 3 min walk ! It's lots and lots of restaurants around and shops ! The only thing I would say that don't get disappointed when you get there the outside of the building doesn't looks that great but when go in it's all worth it!! The apartment Nice and clean, the bed is really comfy,nice clean shower,everything you need ! We had a great time !

Apartment is just as in the pictures. Extremely clean with everything that you would need. There are numerous shops / restaurants a 2 minutes walk away. The area is lovely day and night. Ice cream shop in the square is a MUST! This is however on the third floor. Which for some maybe a pain for us it was doable - we travelled as a family so up and down with a pushchair! That said when you get inside your in a lovely apartment which is very calm and fresh so the walk up is worth it.

The contact in advance was fine. The hostess asked when I'm about at the property. The keys were handed over by a friend of the hostess, because she herself has a little baby. Everything OK! The property is in the old town of Nice - very great because short distances! However, it is accordingly loud ... The windows are also more likely to leak (wood). Cleanliness of property rather lower Durchnitt, just like the price-performance ratio!

Very good spot in the old city. Close to beach and city life. Host is friendly. The apartment is run by 3 people, and it looks like it's a apartment only for guests, there are 3 bedrooms. We had big problems the day we arrived. The host was very kind to let us come some hours before, but at checkin time 14.00 we had major issues with getting the room cleaned and ready, this continued until bedtime. But following days was good. Johnny the guy we usually met was very nice and kind. Even though we had a bad start, all in one the apartment was great and ideal if you like to visit and stay centrally.

This was my first ever AirBnB booking, and was a really positive experience. The host Charlotte communicated promptly with messages during booking and arrival, and was in the apartment to greet me on arrival, at a convenient time. The apartment itself is very central, in Nice's old town. It's a modern-looking studio, with a (pretty comfortable) fold-out sofa-bed, fast WiFi and a small kitchen and quite powerful shower. All-round, a really nice start to my AirBnB experience - thanks!

Location was wonderful, right in the center of cute shops and restaurants and just minutes from the beach! Dishes were a bit dirty and she left body wash but no shampoo but these were very minor issues! Overall stay was great!! I would stay here again! She was helpful and answered any questions I had!

Good apartment for a city/beach trip to Nice, Sylvie was very nice and helpful! She gave us great restaurant tips (dinner at La Voglia was fantastic) and even gave us a parasol for the beach. The surrounding area is great as well.

We really enjoyed our time in Nice and a great factor of that was the appartement. The location is just in perfect distance to the beach and you are within a minute in the Vieille Ville. There are lots of restaurants bars and everything you need. Furthermore the appartement is equiped very well. So there is everthing one need. A plus was the Nespresso machine and the TV, were you could also use Netflix and stuff. In addition to that we just felt very comfortable, because the rooms are decorated very well and loving. Also the contact to the hosts was very good, so they helped, when we had a question or we needed anything. All in all we would definetly come back here, when we visit Nice again.

Alain and Sylvie have given us a great welcome. They even led us to free parking for our stay. :) The apartment is on the ground floor but remains quiet while being next to the lively streets of Old Nice and 5 minutes from the beach. I recommand it.

We were in Nice earlier than check in time, but Jean met us in the corner close to his flat and took us there. We spent 8 nights there and enjoyed our stay. It was in the old centre of Nice but away enough from the crowd and noisy streets with bars and restaurants. Communication with Jean was very easy. We recommend his flat without hesitation.

The apartment is in a great location and is close to the beach, restaurants, and many other shops. It was clean and easy to get in and out of. Nice is a beautiful city and this apartment makes it easy to discover. The best part of our experience though was Jean our host. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs around the world and never had a better host. We can into town a day before the 1 year anniversary of The July 14 Nice tragedy and so much of public transportation was closed and heavy security made it harder to get around. Jean our host picked us up from the airport (FOR FREE!) took us to the the place and showed us around the neighborhood. He was incredibly responsive and even set up a cab to pick us up at 5:00am when we departed. If we come back to Nice we would definitely stay here again and be sure to give Jean a ring.

Bernard's apartment was great. It had everything you'd need. The bathroom is big and well thought out, the kitchen is modern and well equiped. The four of us were comfortable living there. The place is air conditioned through out, 3 separate conditioners for different areas of the flat. Bernard was very pleasant and friendly. He had maps, brouchures for the city and its visitable places. Location of the flat is top notch. We had the sea couple of hundred metres away from us, a bakery ar the door step for morning croissants and a daily market around the corner. It was a place we could joyfully come back to after a tyring day out. Thank you Bernard.

Bernard's apartment is a wonderful base from which to explore old Nice. Nestled in an alleyway a few blocks from the beach, there are more restaurants and shops than one could hope for all within an easy walk. Just in the alley where Bernard's apartment is situated are two restaurants, a bakery, a snack vendor and an ice cream store. We enjoyed nightly gelato and sorbets after a day of exploring Nice. The apartment is nicely furnished and has all the comforts of home including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, full kitchen, cable TV and that all needed AC to escape the heat and cool down after a day of walking. Oh, and can't forget about the towel warmer - what a pleasant feature to have a nice warm towel when stepping out of the shower. With all that the apartment is also spacious allowing our family of four to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. The many steps to the 5th floor may be difficult for elderly visitors or families with strollers. Bernard graciously supplies beach mats and beach umbrellas to enjoy the beach which is just a short walk away. Fresh linens and towels rounded out the hospitality offered by Bernard. You absolutely cannot go wrong by choosing to stay at Bernard's apartment and when we next visit Nice we would stay there again.

Location could not be better - two steps to Cours Saleya market and promenade, and yet at very quiet street (at least in winter time :)) Apt is fully staffed with all necessary things to feel like at home (for us it was important as we enjoy cooking with local products). Philip is very welcoming with a British humor So, the apartment is very well located right in the old town, it is perfect for short stays. Philip is very attentive and shows good places to eat or a drink. I highly recommend it.

The strong point is the location, in the heart of the old town and very accessible from the airport shuttle stop. The apartment is big enough but all in a row and enter directly into the bathroom. Past the surprise it does not really bother. By cons there are a lot of stairs to get housing, which is under the roof. We had not planned to go back too much so it did not cause us too many problems. Philip is very friendly and responsive. We contacted for a shower that problem was quickly resolved. We recommend.

We had a great rest in Philip's apartment. We had a rest with my husband. Everything was great, the apartment has everything you need. The apartment is small but very cozy. Location excellent, near everything. 5th floor is not a problem, and sports. Philippe met us. I would recommend Philip holiday apartment. Philip wonderful and very friendly host.

A very good stay in Nice, he can not be otherwise: the housing is so well located! Happiness seek out the baguette in the morning right in old town and enjoy the atmosphere. Housing is on the 5th floor without a lift to make your daily exercise for your calves and glutes (good for us). Note to major (over 1.70m), the apartment is low ceiling so high you are warned to be vigilant to avoid bumps to the head. The bed is small enough (similar to a sofa bed) and adaptation to the mattress was quite hard for me and my friend. You are awakened gently by the sun (no shutters, black out) which is an advantage when you want to make the most of the day after for late risers plan to use its nabaiji XL in decathlon towel to counter light, it's nicely! After I want to tell you that Nice ca be living outside, not in the apartment. Balance this accommodation is to take if you want to stay in the heart of the city.

We loved staying at Philips place in Nice. It's very central and close to a lot of the major attractions in Nice. He gave us lots of advice on delicious restaurants to go to and was very helpful when we checked in. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The place is great, very central, Philip was right saying that everything is 2min from there! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, fully equiped kitchen, etc. Philip was a great host, communication was very convenient (and his sense of humour is a pleasure). Great recommendations for places to visit, we tried several of them and all were amazing (Shapko jazz club is definitely not to be missed!).

I have stayed in air bnb many times in Nice and this was a great find. The price is reasonable and the location is fantastic being right in the old town. Everything is as described. The ceilings are a little low for a very tall person but I managed (188cm). There are a lot of stairs but this is typical of a loft in Nice and shouldn't be a problem for a reasonable fit person. I had many queries when booking this property but Lauritz was very reassuring and responded extremely quickly to any message sent. Unfortunatley I didn't meet Lauritz but we did meet their friend who handed us the keys and showed us the apartment. She even waited for us after midnight when our flight was delayed arriving. Cecilie & Lauritz were very helpful and I would recommend staying here for the location and price.

Me and a friend stayed at Lauritz & Cecilies place for 2 nights. We were greeted by a friend of theirs since they were out of town but the check in went very smoothly. The studio is a great place to stay, tidy and comfortable. Located in the heart of the old part of Nice with beautiful surroundings and only 3 minutes walk to the beach, markets and restaurants. Lauritz & Cecilie are very nice hosts and they took good care of us through out the trip, ranging from where to park the car for free to arranging for a later check out time. Easy going and very friendly people! I can only recommend them as hosts, if it's in Nice or elsewhere, they will take care of you!

Apartment great (downtown and beach) and equipped. Small but adequate for a short stay. reconciling host (late arrival). In short we are very happy. Small note: provide earplugs for noise sensitive (which was punctual).

Lauritz &Cecilie were great leading up to my stay. They quickly answered all questions and helped me with directions from the airport. The apartment was easy to find and in the perfect location! I could not ask for a better location in the center of old town! Yes there are stairs up to the apartment, but I was able to carry a 20kg bag up the stairs with no problem. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was clean, adorable, and just what I needed!

What an absolutely fantastic apartment! The location is amazing, it is very clean and the hosts in particular have been brilliant. We loved the character of the place. We arrived around 23:00 Sunday night and they waited for us to show us the apartment and to explain how things works. The apartment was clean and the ventilation/cooling system works perfectly which is good in the warm weather. The placement is outstanding, you are close to restaurants, bars, bakery the market (really good) and last but not least close to fabulous beach. There are 99 steps up to the apartment from the street and that might be demanding for someone, especially with the bags, but a good exercise and no barrier for normal people. If you are over 180 cm the the roof is low so take care ;-). There is access to bicycles and that is really convenient if you like to see something outside the old town. Lauritz and Cecilie answered all questions quickly and they care about their customers. We were in Nice during the Bastille-day attack and we got message from them only few minutes asking if we were ok. We give the host and the apartment our best recommendations and would love to come back.

You will need the 98 steps after eating all the wonderful food that is available in abundance right at the foot of your front door. Lauritz & Cecilie's place is exactly as described and pictured, with an exceptional location, cozy atmosphere and air conditioned bedroom. Communication was perfect, help was always available. You can walk and see so much. The train is a few blocks away, very close, and you can go anywhere from there. The location was near a church, a busy glacé establishment and a fine bakery, it was not in a remote or dark place. I felt safe that it was in a busy traveled area. It is teps away from the main market place and also the beautiful prominade and beach.

Nice appartement and a pleasant welcome from Ellinor! The appartement is as mentioned before quite small but fits two minions like me and my friend perfectly! (1.65m) I'd definately book here again!

We had a great stay in Garnier's place. The apartment is great and the location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Nice.

Garnier is the nicest guy you could meet, très gentil. He waited for us to arrive, greeted us with the most sincere happiness, helped us lift our luggage and showed us around the apartment, he has even prepared tourist guide brochures. Comes with the apartment a private parking, extremely convenient, this probably saved me 20euros a day for parking. Well appreciated. The location of the apartment is ideal, right in the city center pedestrian street, so close to the sea, less than 1min walk to the famous Nice beach. I'd stay here again next time.

5 star location and apartment. Garnier was super nice. Building is a little hard to find if you are driving - it's basically at the beginning of Saleya in old town. Parking was right under the building but one needs to know it's the "Sulzer" underground parking lot, or one gets lost easily. Apartment was missing cable TV (TV and HDMI cord was provided though), hand soap, and clean towels. Having an elevator in the building helped immensely. You could hear the nightlife downstairs softly but as big city people, we were used to much much worse comparatively. Checkin time of 730pm is a bit unconventional and late but Garnier is flexible on the checkout time. On the whole, it was a very cozy apartment in the heart of the action and beach scene.

Garnier's apartment is in an amazing location, almost in the middle of everything. We had no problem finding it and it even has an underground parking for extra convenience. The house itself is tidy and exactly what we needed. Garnier was really friendly and responsive to all our concerns. I really recommend his place.

Great host and the place is at perfect location. Only one block away from the beach. Lots of restaurants to choose around the place. Only downside is a little bit noisy at night and early morning.

Great apartment in a perfect location to explore Nice. Not only was the apartment clean, tidy and close to all that you could need, Anthony was a great host who accommodated us with early check in and late check out as there was availability. I will be staying here again when I come back

I traveled with my husband, but other two people or kids can comfortably stay there. We entered a hot June day. The air-conditioning, at a very pleasant temperature, gave the right welcome. Turning on the lights we saw a beautiful apartment with every comfort, nothing missing! The apartment, which is very nice, and very clean. We did find it very good, in a few minutes walk you can stay at the sea, shopping mall, restaurants. Anthony is very kind and helpful and you see he likes to host the people. If I go back to Nice, which I hope, I will definitely go back to this delightful apartment. Thank you

It is a comfortable and nice apartment in central of city. It is quite good for turist and close to old town. But a little noisy if you don,t mind. Also it is quite popular.

It is located in the heart of the old town of Nice in a lively area, very good point for exploring the city (restaurants, mini markets, bus and tram, shops, beach .. everything is nearby!) Like staying in a secret hotel room in the heart of the old city, with all of the characteristics of a lively street life below. Tucked amid a variety of restaurants, shops, artisan markets and plazas marked by churches and historical markers, and a very short walk to the beach and promenade. Very clean, all the furnishings were new. Anthony was very accommodating, meeting us at the tram stop, and letting us check out a bit late since no one was booked to stay the same day we were leaving. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was great!
