All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Our apartment is located in a privileged area, just 15 minutes from Barcelona center and 5 minutes from El Prat Airport. The beach is less than a minutes’ walk away, and the apartment complex has a generous garden with a swimming pool, a tennis court and many other amenities. It can house 6 people, with 3 rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and large terraces with views.
