Stefano..his place, the garden, his parents, his friends, even his turtles in the garden...amazing beings! I was totally happy and satisfied with everything he offered to us. The place was close to the beach and to the city center. He offered to us bicycles for our stay and thus everything was really close for us and adventurous too :))) He was our guide every day even if he had so much work. I just can not explain in one word or in this comment the whole experience. I strongly recommend this place and this host! I will return there for sure..the place was my wonderland and Stefano is now a friend of mine. I am so glad for this experience and so sad that it ended..

The flat was very nice and offers everything we needed! The flat is bigger than it looks on the pictures and sweet furnished. You also can sit outside. The flat is in a calm part of cervia, with nice neigbours and it takes 3 minutes to the supermarkt and the center of the small, nice town. Laura was very friendly and helped us a lot with all our questions! Nice trip and laura was a perfect host :) thanks a lot!!

A very cute little appartment that fit exactly our needs during our holiday. We needed to stay close to Mirabilandia, and except for the traffic jam on the short track to it :-) it met our expectations in this area. A little too far to walk to the Cervia beach but we did not need this "feature". Thanks Laura

Ottima esperienza, Laura è deliziosa e si vede che ospita con amore considerando che gli sportelli sono pieni di extra e anche se dimenticate qualcosa molto probabilmente da qualche parte c'è. La casa è ideale per 3/4 persone ma anche in 5 (se si utilizza come base di appoggio) va benissimo. Nostra unica nota dolente è che l'ultimo giorno dalle 7 alle 10 due bambine hanno rovinato la quiete con strilli, pianti ed urla giocando con i nonni e nonostante amo i bambini (sono stato educatore per tantissimi anni e ho tre ragazzi) è stato proprio un trauma, ma probabilmente è solo una questione di educazione.

Laura è un host da 10 e lode: gentilissima e disponibile. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro. Per il parcheggio dell'auto non ci sono problemi, si può lasciarla nei numerosi spazi a strisce bianche della zona. Nella Cucina, Laura ci ha messo a disposizione anche alcuni alimenti di prima necessità: zucchero, caffè, olio, sale, condimenti vari, the, tisane, pasta e scatolame vario. Tutti i detersivi necessari. Lo stesso anche nel bagno con detergenti, creme corpo e viso (in campioncini), dischetti di cotone, cotton fioc, insomma praticamente tutto il necessario per sentirci accolti e coccolati! Laura lavora a pochi passi dall'abitazione, presso la casa editrice EIFIS Editore ((URL HIDDEN) di cui ci ha lasciato dei testi da leggere che abbiamo poi chiesto d'acquistare perchè molto interessanti.

Laura è stata gentilissima. Ci ha fornito di qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo necessità e si è resa disponibile sempre per qualunque informazione o delucidazione. Una ragazza fantastica!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni i primi di maggio in questo appartamento con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene....L'appartamento è pulito semplice e fornito di tante comodità: macchina del caffe bollitore ecc non manca nulla. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

The location is close to the seaside, it is fresh, the garden keeps the sunlight and the noises far from the bedroom and we had a really pleasant stay. The owners are really nice, ready to help us for anything. Also their parents were really kind. We had a very nice stay at their house. bathroom is very new, and the kitchen has already anything you need. Owners also provided a cot for our baby. The only thing is that it may be too warm on warm days. The house is quite hidden, and not exposed to winds. On the other hand, it is a really quite place, very god for families.

Luglio 2016 Cercavamo un posto tranquillo, vicino al mare e con un po' di verde intorno...TROVATO! Andrea e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali, premurosi e davvero gentili. La casa è ancora più carina che in foto, c' è tutto quello che serve e ci si sta comodamente in 4. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, come noi. Il mare è davvero a due passi! Il giardino poi è stato un toccasana la sera per leggere e cenare all'aperto. Esperienza da rifare al più presto!!! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio e consiglio anche di visitare Cervia e dintorni ... non ci sarà il mare della Sardegna, ma la Romagna e l'allegria dei romagnoli valgono tutta la vacanza! Grazie!!!!!

E' stato molto piacevole soggiornare a casa di Andrea, super consigliato! Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto l'occasione di conoscerci ma in compenso abbiamo conosciuto l'ex moglie Monica, gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa carinissima ha tutto il necessario, con tanto di lenzuola, asciugamani e saponetta nuova di pacca per noi (ai livelli di un albergo!). La posizione è molto buona, vicina al centro ma allo stesso tempo non caotica, vicina al mare e a una mezz'oretta a piedi dalla vita notturna di Milano Marittima. Consiglio di noleggiare delle biciclette, diventa tutto ancora più facile e veloce da raggiungere. Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a trovare parcheggio ma è da mettere in conto per quelle zone.

We spent a week with the family at this very nice and functional apartment, located in Pinarella shopping center and close to the beach (the bathrooms in the area are all well equipped with restaurants bars and entertainment). The house of Henry is really beautiful, nothing is missing is just around the channel of Cesenatico, one of the most scenic areas. It is close to several supermarkets and allows you to walk in the busier areas. It has a beautiful terrace which offers fantastic views of Cesenatico roofs and a beautiful sunset. Siamo stati benissimo! 2 coppie con due bimbi piccoli e un cagnolino...cercavamo tranquillità, relax, ma anche svago per i piccoli e passeggiate al mare per passare la Pasqua in modo divertente, lontani dal caos della città. Detto...Fatto!!!! Roberto e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi, la casa accogliente, pulita, riscaldata, esattamente come da descrizione e soprattutto vicina al mare e ad alcuni parchi immersi nel verde. A pochi metri dalla villetta infatti c'è un parco con gli animali e la casa delle farfalle, raggiungibili a piedi! Posizione strategica fra Cervia e Milano Marittima: con pochi minuti d'auto si possono visitare entrambe le città, le spiagge e i locali. Grazie ancora a Roberto, torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

Cristiana's place was wonderful! She and her daughter Maria welcomed us with a big smile and Maria gave our three-year-old daughter a doll and won her heart right away. The apartment was very clean, big, and confortable! The sheets and towels smelled so good that it was hard to leave the bed in the morning. The location is perfect. It took us 10 minutes walk along the canal to get to the beautiful beaches of Milanomaretime, about 15 minutes walk to the parko naturale, which has a petting zoo and an adventure park for kids, and a 12 minutes walk to Cervia's old square with wonderful bars and restaurants. We highly recommend!

Monica is a wonderful host, very helpful and accomodating. Cesenatico is a great location off the travellers beaten path and we really enjoyed our time spent here. Monica's apartment is well located with views of the beach but also close to the picturesque canal and the great seafood restaurants. Getting from the train station to the apartment with luggage is a little bit difficult in the off-season, so be tough with the local taxi drivers otherwise they will rip you off! The apartment is very good value.
