We felt very comfortable. Very pleasant bed, the first view in the morning falls on the bright sunny garden. So if you want to play Sleeping Beauty, right here: Roses in front of the window! Oh yes, Juergen sometimes brings Semmerl, but something too early for us;)) By the way, they bought the world champions, but not in the Wertheim-Village, but in Rottendorf at the sOliver- and Tamaris-outlet and in the Lagerverkauf of Schuhgott. Thick recommendation, grins! We were positively surprised by the Kulturspeicher, wow. And hey, insider tip: Walter von der Vogelweide is buried in the Lusamgärtchen near Dom underneath roses, because every love sorrow passes, until they withers. Is always one there. Our cafe-tip: The hidden "wishless happy", the whole area with the small shops there is great, is also small. Concerts there. If we come to Würzburg even more often, we have by no means succeeded in our program. For example, the residence NEN fat wine cellar with oak barrels have ...

We spend one night at Jürgens place 5 min. drive from Würzburg. The room was very nice and we had access to the kitchen with coffee, tea, beer and wine. Jürgen was very friendly and hospitable.

Vilma and I climbed the many steps that it takes to reach Petra's place, but it was worth each of them. She's a wonderful host and a beautiful person, and she made our stay as comfortable and enriching as possible.

The house is not far from city center, on top of a picturesque wooden staircase. Free parkings avalaible in the street. The room is comfortable, spacious and with view on the fort. There is a private bathroom, not so big but with everything you need. Friendly and welcoming family.

Uschi and Frank are very gracious hosts. Although I traffic caused some could check in later than planned, failed my cell phone network, including the communication was difficult, I felt the same warm welcome and well received. Furthermore, they gave me generously helped out with her phone and tips, so that it was still possible for me to get together with my girlfriend. The room is as described, plenty of room and very quiet. In the morning at daylight I only then saw how nice and quiet the house is located. I am happy to be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Unser Zwischenstopp (eine Übernachtung) bei Uschi war sehr kurzfristig und spontan - wir hatten erst am Abend zuvor angefragt. Uschi und ihr Mann haben uns genauso spontan und herzlich in ihrem Haus aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (!) und konnten in absolut ruhiger Umgebung von Feldern und Wiesen gut schlafen und erholt weiterfahren. Da die Unterkunft ganz in der Nähe von Würzburg liegt, konnten wir uns auch noch die Stadt ansehen.

Das Haus war ganz schön, sauber und ganz in der nähe von Hauptstadt . Wir haben geliebt, bei Uschi zu bleiben. Wir hatten auch die Moglichkeit, immer in ihrem wunderbaren Garten zu essen. Uschi und Frank sind wirklich nette und warme Leute. Wir empfehlen bestimmt ihrem Platz zu bleiben

Great time in a great location. Bernd provided all the info that we needed. He was friendly and helpful and nearby when we needed a little help. The place was clean and comfy. He has a well stocked kitchen where you can purchase coffee, beer, wine, water, etc... Cost was just reimbursement level. Very nice service. Veitshöchheim is a lovely little town and we drove off to nearby places that we love to visit. Würzburg is just down the road. We also headed off to Bamberg and Nürnberg for day trips.

Everything worked great and we were very pleased! The house is clean and there are towels and bed linen as much as you need. The house is perfectly equipped for children (there is even a Bobby Car, sand toys and a covered parking space for prams), the kitchen has everything you need and the grill in the yard completes a lovely evening in this house from. Veitshöchheim is a quaint town on the Main, very idyllic and with the necessary shops (delicious cakes at the bakery). By boat (investors is next to the house) to get to Würzburg every hour, which is well worth a trip. We felt with the kids at Bernd very comfortable and can only recommend the house!

We had a great time in this small township. this location is pretty nice that it only takes few minutes to city by train or bus and this small town is quite beautiful and not crowded!! Otherwise the house and the host are really nice!! That's a great memory during our journey!!

Das Häuschen von Bernd ist wirklich zum Wohlfühlen! Alle Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. ist vorhanden! Getränke, Gewürze u.ä. sind für den ersten Gebrauch da. Die Lage ist ruhig und toll zum Main und zu der nahegelegenen Gastronomie. Ebenso ist die Anbindung nach Würzburg per Schiff, Zug oder Bus großartig! Gerne wieder! Nicoline

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, wir hatten viel Platz und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, konnten den Vermieter immer ansprechen, fühlten uns aber völlig ungestört. Sehr praktisch war für uns, dass Getränke in einem Kellerraum gelagert waren und gegen geringe Bezahlung in eine Vertrauenskasse entnommen werden konnten. So mussten wir keine Wasserkiste schleppen. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, die auch nach Bedarf ausgetauscht werden konnten. Sehr vorteilhaft war auch eine kleine Toilette im oberen Stockwerk außer dem Badezimmer unten. Da es sommerlich warm war, war es sehr angenehm, im kleinen Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und Schirm zu sitzen, ohne dass Spaziergänger direkt über die Mauer gucken konnten. Im Haus blieb es angenehm kühl.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and cosy (the photos really don't do this place justice!). The host went above and beyond, making our experience feel very homely. Would definitely recommend!

We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. It was very exceptional that we found next to a baguette, a bottle of wine in the fridge a care package of food, so we were not forced to go first of all shopping on the first night and even on the first morning. We found a very lovingly restored half-timbered house, which one observes that it is inhabited by the landlord repeatedly itself. A very large bathroom with floor heating, plus a guest toilet, enables the targeted four-member group of guests very well in the morning to get going. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, there is a dining room for 6 people. Behind it lies a bedroom. In the upper living area there can sit together comfortably. The sofa bed is of high quality. A terrace is accessible from the living area out. There are plenty of books to browse. Although there is no parking at the hotel, but we in any case have found 100 meters every day a free place. The highlight of the guest lative Charmes we met one evening when we came home and vorfanden another bottle of wine with grapes harvested itself and the demand for our well-being standing in front of the door. A place to feel and temporary retraction by urban bustle. We recommend.

The four of us came across some detours because we have chosen combination of Würzburg to the house ended in a construction site, in cell and were over the beautiful apartment in an old building romantic ambience very excited. The house is very tastefully decorated, superbly renovated, clean and equipped with all modern comforts. The parents in the neighboring house received us very graciously, the fridge contained everything you needed for the first evening and breakfast, including drinks, cakes, fruit and fresh bread! In the summer is certainly the romantic little courtyard with a pool very sexy. We were pleased with the warm cozy apartment, including heated bathroom floors, given the cold November weather. Dear Julia and dear mother of Julia, it was a wonderful stay. The house is a dream !! We are a family with 2 small children and made us all feel comfortable that we no longer wanted to go. The rainy Friday we apart from a little trip to Würzburg spent in this dream home and bored us thanks to the games and many, many books for a second. But because of the books we will probably come again ;-) In the summer is a safe stay again beautiful, as well as the great terrace and the adjacent path then use the greenery. My husband and I had two relaxing days in the house of Juliet. Absolutely happy about the great hospitality of Mrs. Reidel, Julia's mother, who lives next door in the house. The fridge was filled for dinner, along with fresh bread, and an evening drink. The charm of this unusual house (the garden is located several meters above the house on a hillside and has direct access to the trail) and the countless, lovingly designed details in and around the house such. Example, a self-bound autumn wreath on the front door have to contributed to our well-being. Thanks for everything !!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We had a great sleep and the house is located in a quiet surrounding outside of the city. There was a bus stop close to it and as we moved around with a car, the location was perfect. Michaela is very friendly and gave us informatsion about where we could park a car in the city centre etc. We were really pleased with our stay and would stay in her home in the future also if we decide to visit the area once again.

Michaela waited for me at the arranged time. After a chat, she showed me around and gave me some tips. The room is small but cosy. The surrounding is really nice, perfect for long walks or jogging in fields and forests. So I would be happy to return.

Würzburg Veitshöchheim and can easily be reached either by bike, by car or even by boat ... Conclusion: we felt very comfortable and would want to enjoy good longer!

Elke's communication was excellent prior to arrival. Elke was there waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a warm and detailed welcome. The bedroom was huge. The bedroom, shower room and kitchen were spotlessly clean and well equipped. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Elke was having some minor work done on the property one of the days we were there and was kind enough to ask what time we would be getting up that day so that the work wouldn't disturb us.

Erika was most welcoming, she had thoughtfully had ideas for things for us to see, gave information about where to buy food, what other towns to visit and where to go swimming. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In a great location. I would highly recommend this place as a base for several days

A very nice room, perfectly and with all the comforts in the best hotel, in an idyllic location on the Main. I also loved that there is a kitchen for guests. Elke is the perfect hostess, she has really taken care of everything.

We have a very nice hostess and a nice and clean accommodation found. Everything was exactly as described and Elke has given much trouble to pass around information about their beautiful area. Also electricity for our e-bike there was no problem in the garage.

The room is decorated with new and nice furniture. You have a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. Everything is very clean. The place is in walking distance to public transportation and has free parking on the street. It is located with a short drive to then next big city (Würzburg), but it is very quiet and a good place to relax. Yes it is located next to the church, but you get used to church bells in generally within at day or two in Germany. All churches (or almost all) wring every 15 minutes to tell time. And the room has sound proof windows if it still bothers you. We also took a ship write from Veitshoechheim to Wuerzburg. This is in waling distance crossing a small bright over the Main river that is located next to the town, and gives the room a wonderful view. Elke the owner is very friendly and fast with responses to any of your questions. The place is central located in Germany and perfect for a hub to go and visit other cities. We visit the following cities wile staying there (day-trips): Stuttgart, Fuessen (Schloss Neuschwanstein), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Zugspitze), Regensburg, Bamberg, Nuernberg, Wuerzburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber. I can 100% recommend this place, and we will stay their again the next time traveling to this area.

We come from France and spent a week in Pat's house. That was wonderful. The house is very large and has a large garden with a beautiful view of Wurzburg. In half an hour through a beautiful walk we reach the old bridge. Guests welcomed us very well and showed us and explained on our arrival everything. I arrived later then I promised due to major traffic jams, but Elisabeth's husband waited patiently for me and took his time to do the tour of the quiet, basic and very private basement apartment. Würzburg is only 10 minutes by car. We had a great time and I would definitely book the apartment again when I have to come back to Würzburg.

We had a wedding in Würzburg, and our relatives live in Veitshöchheim. So we stayed for two nights in this beautifully situated apartment, with a beautiful view of the garden. The decor is functional and beautiful, the hosts very accommodating. You can sleep soundly, because the bed is very good, and it is very quiet. Highly recommended for visits to the area. Veitshöchheim worth it!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation at Elisabeth and Ulrich. Everything was very clean and the accommodation is nice spacious, so you can stay here for a longer period of time. For the price-performance ratio and the wonderful garden deserves at least six stars! Würzburg is with 10 min. Drive around the corner. We will be back!

Very very calm and quiet neighborhood House is big and has lots of rooms. The garden is small and very tranquil. Wake up to the sound of birds and no traffic noise. We were there when Germany played Italy in the Eurocup 2016 and was invited by some locals to watch the game with them in a local sportsclub.

The accommodation was as described. We were 6 people and had enough space. Especially great was the fireplace. :-)

The accommodation is very spacious and has many separate Sleeps, a wood stove, a spacious kitchen with all the tools for self cooking une inen quaint garden. There is no Wi-Fi, TV or HiFi what one but knows beforehand. Therefore well suited for meditation, relaxation, etc.

The hunting lodge was fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The house is immaculately kept and very clean! Anja's place is a hidden gem amongst the listings in Würzburg. It has beautiful garden, an amazing scenic view over the valley and a lot of personality that makes one feel welcome and right at home. It is especially well located for people who visit the closeby faculties of the university and applied sciences university. Anja herself is an amazing host who warmly welcomed me into her home and provided me with everything I needed and on top of that has lots of interesting and inspiring life stories to share. Her kids and cat are also equally welcoming and very respectful and quiet (though the cat does sometimes proactively ask to be pet). Will definitely book again!

I had 2 nights in Anja's house, because I have visited in Würzburg a conference. The location is ideal if you want to do something at the university, and I was cordially received. What I had not counted on was that one has from the rooms a beautiful view of the old town. On the first night I had a little more time to look at my city, Anja even had a map at hand, and gave me useful advice: in the evening you can park in the city center for free. Already before booking Anja has cared about my satisfaction with their references to the situation in July - her children were there and in the attic, it could be very warm. 2 days before arrival, they called me to make sure that everything is settled.
