Lizzie's home was absolutely adorable, very clean, and accommodated all our needs. I stayed with my parents, two sisters, brother-in-law and 6 month old niece. James' place was terrific. So close to the lake (but away from the sometimes heavy Lake Geneva traffic) with great hiking spots, too. The backyard space was lovely. This was our first trip with our dog and it was so nice for him to have space to explore in the back area. Just a very laid back and enjoyable experience. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Cute house in a cute town not only a few miles from town of Lake Geneva.

Absolutely perfect. Plenty of room and extremely clean. The bathroom was gigantic. Only A two minute walk to the lake and 30 seconds to the ice cream parlor. Incredible value for Williams Bay!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's place. Steps away from the lake and very clean, it was perfect for the weekend. Plenty of parking and a great stop to explore Lake Geneva!

Valerie is great she is quick to responf with any questions you may have. The home is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. Within walking distance to bars, restautants and even the beach without all the noise of being in downtown lake geneva.

The location was good it served our needs very roomy.

Alexis was very courteous and lively whenever I had a question or concern for her. She replies almost immediately so you're not waiting around for a question to be answered. The condo is very nice. It's got all the essentials one needs to hibernate; clean home, hot running water, very comfy bed, full kitchen, and VERY comfy sofas and LazyBoy chair (my favorite). The neighborhood is very chill and super quiet, located in the forest right by the lake.

Listing was exactly as expected. and described perfectly. Alexis gave us info on the location, exact directions and also helpful tips on how to use the Ac etc.

Johnny met me personally to give me the keys & parking passes, and explained a few things. His place was clean. The bed AND pillows were quite comfortable. I liked being further away from the pool (and kid noise). The pool area is nice. The balcony overlooks the park and stream. It's in a perfect location to walk to town, or along the Lake. I hope to stay here again sometime.

It was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! Megan was very friendly and ready to help. The fireplace was so nice! The bathroom has great details (like warm towels and floor!). My girlfriend and I felt so welcomed from the moment we checked in and we're greeted warmly with thoughtful recommendations. The complimentary bottle of wine and bouquet of flowers we received upon arrival indicated the thoughtful stay we had forthcoming with our hosts. Can't wait to go back.

SevenOaks is absolutely the best place we have stayed in Lake Geneva. The cottage was more than we could have asked for, the breakfast was delicious, the host were so gracious. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. We will always be sure to come back to SevenOaks when we head back to Lake Geneva!

This place is full of charm and was just right for our stay with our 15 month old. The hosts were very friendly and informative. The Inn was nestled right downtown near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also, it had a lovely enclosed porch to enjoy, as well as another deck around the back for a kid to run around and stay away from any kind of danger. There's a big playground next to it also which made the space very child friendly. If you're not staying with children, it'd also be a great stay. We didn't hear any noise from the playground and it was all very peaceful. We will definitely go back the next time we stay in Lake Geneva and we will recommend it to friends!

Ted and Terri were absolutely wonderful hosts! We had a lovely time at the Geneva Street Inn. Their house was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and inviting. Ted and Terri provided everything from coffee to menus from local restaurants, and they were endlessly helpful. They also offered us a coupon for to a wine and cheese bar in town, which we really enjoyed. If we are ever back in Lake Geneva we would we staying with Ted and Terri again.

We had a wonderful overnight in Lake Geneva. The home is absolutely beautiful and was so comfortable. Every amenity one could ask for was there. We appreciated that we could book last minute and that Ted was willing to meet us at the property to help us get settled, point us to the lake and the local establishments and just say hello! The home is so cozy and my husband and I enjoyed coffee on the front porch while our two teenage daughters slept in!! We were impressed and grateful for every aspect of our stay.

The Lake Geneva Inn is a beautiful place to stay while in Lake Geneva. It's a perfect location to access downtown and sleeps 6 comfortably. Ted is great with keeping fluid communication with guests and is very knowledgeable about the area. I strongly suggest staying at the Lake Geneva Inn.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Geneva Street Inn! It is perfectly located a few steps from downtown and just a few blocks from the lake. Ted is a great host, too. He met us upon check-in to show us around and provided tips and discounts to local places. He even gave our family passes to the local water park, Timber Ridge Lodge. The house was very clean and contained several nice little details like fresh fruit and snacks. Overall a wonderful and very comfortable stay in Lake Geneva!

The Bay House is everything we hoped it would be and more! We booked the home for a girls weekend and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The home is clean, spacious and adorable. Parking was a breeze with the driveway and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed throughout the weekend. The home is a block away from the shops, bars and restaurants in Williams Bay, and a few blocks from the lake. There is a great trail within walking distance that takes you around all of the beautiful homes along the lake, and there is also a nature conservatory less than a mile from the home. Holly was the most thoughtful and responsive host - she even salted our driveway after an icy rain and offered to drop off coffee! We had the best time and will definitely be back.

My book club and I had a lovely time when we stayed here during a cold weekend in January. The house was cozy, comfortable and really well-suited for our reading/cooking getaway. Holly was also helpful and provided all kinds of nice extra touches to make our weekend enjoyable!

Rich was the best! We were in town for Country Thunder. He picked up ice for us before hand knowing that Walmart always gets busy. He also had cookies freshly made and waiting for us. Rich's place was exactly what we were looking for when booking a weekend stay for two. He was extremely helpful with our last minute booking, suggesting a restaurant in the area, and being flexible on check in and check out times. The place was exactly what we needed - loved the king bed and Roku in the bedroom!

Two other friends and I had a wonderful stay at Rich's place this weekend. The condo was very comfortable, and Rich was very generous with breakfast supplies! Being only 5 minutes from Lake Geneva was great, and his directions were perfect. I would definitely stay at his condo again!!

Rich's condo is in a quiet location. It's very clean and comfortable for our family of four. It is more affordable than staying at one of the local hotels and it's nice to have your own kitchen and more space! What gives this place 5 stars is Rich's service. He promptly replies to any messages. We appreciate his thoughtfulness, providing warm cookies after a long drive for our starving family, flowers, bottled water, and little extras until we make it to the store.

It is an excellent rental. Everything is provided very thoughtfully. If you are a golfer it is an excellent place. Extremely well maintained and well furnished. Brian is very good at communicating with all the information and the information packet. Extremely nice property. The kitchen was a surprise and very well stocked. He had provided basic amenities such as salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets which are not normally provided. Extremely thoughtful host. I would highly recommend this place.

The rental was very clean, spacious and well maintained. We loved the open concept layout. The amenities were great (stocked kitchen, washer/dryer). It was perfect for a vacation rental for our family of four plus grandparents. Brian was great at communicating all the details prior to and during our trip. The property was a short drive to the beach at Lake Geneva where we spent most of our time. I highly recommend this property and would definitely come back!

This freshly renovated location really made our group feel at home, everything was as advertised (and more!) Plenty of room for our party to gather and celebrate, and the kitchen provided the tools and space to prepare a hefty feast. We weren't far out from town and had no trouble getting to and from, though with the rain on our weekend we didn't mind spending more time making ourselves at home! While it's not under the owner's control, my only word of warning to future visitors is the driveway is rather short. It's advertised you can fit 3 cars at the location, and while that's true, put your biggest in the garage. A compact hatchback and a normal sedan carefully parked bumper to bumper took up the entire length of the drive, so plan your carpool wisely!

Jim is a fantastic host. Laid back but very attentive to your needs. It's a great place in a great location. If you're ok with a more cabin-like dwelling, you'll be very pleased. You'll be hard pressed to find a better value in this area.

Quaint & minimalist...just what I was looking for! I stayed in Lake Geneva last visit & realized I didn't need to be in the middle of the action. I just wanted to cycle & hike...plenty of challenging hills in the area! Great value, clean & easy access to everything! I'll definitely return!

The rooms and space are exactly what you'd expect from a Lake Geneva area motel. James, however, goes out of his way to greet guests and accommodate needs. He provides extra touches like access to beach and parking passes that help guests use the amenities in the area with ease.

Alice's Gardening Artist House was the perfect place for our 4 nights in the Lake Geneva area for the July 4th week! Alice was the perfect host and her lake cottage is beautiful and on the quiet side of the lake which we prefer. We easily drove about 10 minutes to the Main Street shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay with Alice again when we come back to Wisconsin.

Alice is a very warm and welcoming person. Her home is connected to a side of the space that she rents, like an apartment complex, so you can see her comings and goings. Other than that, the home is very private, quiet and comfortable. The home is a block from Lake Como and walking is a pleasure. To visit Lake Geneva or the town for sightseeing, shopping or restaurants you have to drive. My daughters and I were able to cook a number of meals in the well equipped kitchen. Bring your own seasonings and ingredients, with the exception of salt, pepper, honey, cinnamon. Coffee is provided and some teas, but green tea was at a minimum. The home was very clean and beautifully furnished. The gardens are lush and gorgeous. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alice's home.

The house and yard were so beautiful and set up perfectly for the 4 of us! The pictures don't do the home justice! The table was set and there were yogurts, bananas, muffins, etc left for us. Close to the lake and a bar with great food! Alice was kind and clear about the whole check in and check out process. Got an uber easily to Alpine Valley but made sure we planned a ride back with the same driver because it's difficult to get transportation after concerts at Alpine. Great quiet place to stay for a weekend!

Alice's home was beautifully set up, nice open area for family and eating and 2 cozy bedrooms. The area is beautiful and quiet and the cleanliness of her home was greatly appreciated! Her artwork was so nice to look at and the attention to detail in her gardening is very relaxing. DJ's in the drink is very close and the food is great just as you are getting off the lake after a full day! I would recommend Alice's home and the area to anyone looking for a great weekend away!!!!!!!

We were in town for a wedding in Lake Geneva. Lake Como is just 10 minutes away, very convenient, and quiet, away from the bustle in Lake Geneva. Alice's home is lovely, modern, and just a block away from Lake Como. The garden is beautiful. All the comforts of home... We've recommended Alice's house to our friends/relatives as a future spot to stay when visiting the Lake Geneva area.

The caboose was comfy, quirky, and perfect for a weekend getaway. It was easy to stroll downtown, and it was close to several lovely paths for wali g and biking. Would definitely recommend!

We did not know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. This is a hidden little area that I had no idea about. Super cute. Neighbors were all really nice. A long walk, or a short uber into the "hot spots" in town. Bring Dvd's if you plan on having a chill night in the caboose, there is no cable inside. Super bright in the morning, so bring a sleep mask if you are light sensitive in the morning! All in all, had a great time.

This is a very reasonably priced option for a family with two small children that were not planning on spending much time in a room. There is not a ton of space... it's a train caboose after all! My two small boys loved it and it was perfect for what we needed which was a comfortable place to sleep, clean showers, and entertaining two kids.

Very cute and kitschy. GPS doesn't find this place; so preliminary directions would be helpful. Neighbors reported us for smoking for some reason, which seemed pretty intrusive, considering we were not smoking in the unit (I understand if ppl are helping take care of the property; but this was not an accurate report and gives off a bad vibe).

Renee was super to work with - great communication, very accommodating, cozy living/sleeping area, fun train decor. We loved the amenities inside the Caboose - fridge/coffee maker, nice TV, WiFi, Netflix access, family DVDs and games, clean towels for pool & bath, warm blankets, extra paper products & toiletries (as needed), a sweet welcome gift and popcorn for the kids. Everything labeled with info that we would need to know. Loved that we could experience the Caboose novelty, enjoyed swimming in the Association pool and liked being able to eat take-out on the patio. Enjoyed being close to the beautiful city of Lake Geneva! Bring your bikes and take the nearby trail into town to play at the park and fetch ice cream! Our family had a nice time and would definitely recommend to others. Be prepared that it is a small space, but very efficient in the set-up. Small spaces are all the rave right now and we had no problem getting the wiggles out with outdoor activities before settling-in for the night. We also brought a small grill to tailgate in the parking lot, which really worked in our favor, though there are plenty of eateries nearby. Thank You!

This was such a perfect spot to stay! Hosts were so friendly and made check in a breeze - especially with my later check in. Caboose was so clean and thy even provided a check in goody-bag. There was everything you could ever need - even if you forgot something they had a basket of travel toiletries and items that sometimes don't make it in your luggage! Location is a quick scenic 15/20'min walk to downtown - grounds are quiet and scenic. We would definitely stay again!
