When booking in our house, you will receive the WelcomCard of the Innsbruck holiday region and its holiday villages. This means that you can use bus services free of charge from day 1. From the 3rd day free (or discounted) cable cars, swimming pools, museums, etc. It is best to send the full name, dates of birth, residential address and passport number of each person by message at the time of booking, then I can prepare the guest card and deposit it in the apartment.

Beautiful condo in a prime location

This flat is in Zirl in a quiet yet very central location. Innsbruck, Seefeld, Telfs and Oberperfuss can be reached in just 15 minutes, Kühtai and the Axamer Lizum in half an hour. Zirl has an excellent bus connection to Innsbruck as well as to Telfs - the bus stop is about 100 m from the accommodation. There are also grocery stores, a bakery and a drugstore in the immediate vicinity (these are also very easily accessible on foot).

Luxurious and modern apartment to feel good

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl and there are many hiking and skiing areas nearby. Both the train station and the bus stop are a 10-minute walk. The state capital Innsbruck is a 20-minute bus and train ride and a 15-minute drive. Some grocery stores (Mpreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant,...) are also nearby.
