My favourite pub in the area for excellent food and great atmosphere. The garden is great in the summer too. It’s a lovely 3mile drive away down quiet country lanes.

I can easily spend half a day wandering amongst the awe-inspiring works of one of the most famous British 20th century artists, Henry Moore. This is where he lived and worked for much of his life, so you get a unique insight into the great mans world. Miss this at your peril!

Explore the gentle surrounding countryside on long walks, away from the traffic and crowds of modern day life. Relax and unwind, then enjoy a well deserved drink in one of the village pubs.

I would advise that you book any taxis / cabs in advance, especially if required at peak times such as Friday and Saturday nights. I would arrange your taxis at least one day ahead of your planned travel.
