Take a walk or a short bike ride across the University bridge to Aqua Verde. See Seattle from the water! Rent a kayak and paddle around Lake Union along Gasworks Park or through the Montlake Cut and into Lake Washington with incredible sights of the Arboretum full of Lotus Flowers in bloom, dancing dragonflies and heron. Stop at one of the many small beaches of Foster Island for a picnic or a swim!

Five minute walk to kayak and rowing launching ramp beneath the ship canal bridge. Walk to the edge of the ramp and take a dip on a hot day. When we're here we go for a swim here everyday.
