This is the best restaurant for seafood. You can go there and spend a nice evening or as I sometimes do just stop by order 6 oysters and a small glas of white wine on my way back to the apartment before dinner, just as an apetizer.

When you walk out of the area North, on avenue Banco, there is one food store where they have food ,fresh meet and fresh bread. If your late in the morning the bread and croissant are gone.
Further down on the road there is a bigger store, which is more expensive.

I buy most of my groceries in this shop. I think the shop is excellent. If i do not have a car, I empty my small rollon suitcase and transport the food and drinks in it up the hill.
There is a bakery on the corner outside the grocery store - it is
very good.
You can park your car under the store.
They can even send home your groceries. I tried that in April 2022, if you bought for 75 EUR, they sent it home , just give them the adress Abbaye du Mont Boron , 13 ave Banco. They also want your tel number so you can open the gate for them. If you spend less then 75 EUR check what the fee is, in April 2022 it was 10 EUR.

Take bus 14 up on Corniche André Joly and get of at the stop Urbain Bosio, there are two stops with that name , get of at the second. Walk on avenue Banco to the apartment.
The bus is not frequent in the evenings.

On friday there is a market. You can take the train or the car. If you take the car, you can shop at nearby place called Latte, where you can shop food, wine , liquor to good prices.
Nice to take a swim on there beach or walk over the Mont Boron mountain and then have lunch and walk back along the coast (very many stairs) or take the bus back to Avenue Urbain Bosio

If you just want to have a homemade pasta or pizza with out getting ripped of. This is the place. It is very simple but good, and family owned. I was here three years ago, I managed to find it again. It is very close to the market
