Don't go there for vegetable and fruits (go to "Laurent Primeurs") but for their HUGE cheese and Deli department (French and Italian). At the fish department ask for the "Daurades royales" (King Sea Bream) and the "Loups" (Sea Bass) from the fish farm "Tamaris" (near Toulon), the best value for money (cook them 15 min in the hoven) ! This is also the only place in Cavalaire to find ice blocks and big ice cubes bags if you need some to organize a party.

This beach is 13 minutes walk from the villa. Between the
numbers 5 and 7 of avenue des Iles you will find the departure of a staircase of 350 steps (do not pay attention to the sign "private property" it is a public access) bringing you to a cove in the rocks and a beach with small multicolored quartz pebbles, we call it the "candy beach". Bring fins, mask and snorkel!

You have to take the car to Gigaro, go to the end of the
road that runs along the beach and park in the parking lot on the left. Then it's a beautiful walk (about 1 hour) in the middle of myrtles and pines on the coastal path then on arrival a very beautiful beach. The ideal is to take this walk at the end of the day, so you will have the entire beach to yourself!

Le Drapeau is the highest point in Le Rayol and offers an exceptional view of the coast, from Cap Lardier to Cap Bénat. To get there, go by car to Canadel and turn right in the direction of La Môle to reach the Col du Canadel. Then take the path to the East that leads to Hauts du Rayol.
