Another lovely pub lunch by the cracking fire. Here you can just drop in and find a seat for a pub lunch or book the restaurant part. I prefer the pub lunch, its got more of a cosy feel to it.

There is a great walk here called the Tolkien Trail, its a must walk, you can either do the full 3 hour walk or 1 hour. Its the most amazing views and lovely by the river.

Hope on the train at the end of the road and do a bit of therapy shopping. Great indoor Arndale centre and lots of places to eat. San Carlo is one of my favourites there
