A very nice and family friendly ski resorts. I visited this resort in Jan and the conditions were good. Sadly I didn't get a chance to try all the runs but those that I went on were excellent. Long runs for beginners and intermediate skiers and very good value for money price wise for the lift tickets.
I experienced some extremely friendly and accommodating interactions with the staff which was very nice.

Great experience! The refs (Ricky) are really good and will help you. The maps are really cool. Really fun if you're with a group. Make sure to call beforehand, lunch is included with unlimited sodas. Any drinks you buy at the shop are quite expensive. Note that you can't consume your own alcohol. Such a nice family ambiance, super friendly staff. We did the forest walk (about 2.5 hours) then down-river kayak (about 3 hours), such a perfect day. The falls are gorgeous to visit while on foot and going down the river is gentle, yet a blast since there are some very easy faster rapids (that last 10 seconds!) but just enough for a super safe family memorable river kayak afternoon.
