This is where Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagassi honed their skills and became the faces of Creole cuisine. It is fine dining and you will need a reservation. No shorts, flip flops, and collared shirts for men. Jazz Brunch on the weekends is not to be missed.

City advice

Book before you go

Eating Out

Make reservations as early as you can, always call the restaurant before you take the time to travel there.
Getting around

Streetcars

Great ways to see the best parts of town! Run 24 hours a day and often.
Customs and culture

Be safe!!

Don't travel alone, there are a lot of hustlers and opportunists everywhere. Especially Bourbon Street. Keep your wits about you, and be aware. Just like any big city that you are unfamiliar with. Most people here are open, loving, and always down for a laugh with you.
Don't miss

The Dive Bars!

There are a wonderous amount of dirty gems in the city. Cheap drinks that you can take with you if you like.
