Food scene

Great coffee but go early. Right at the end of the road and they also do amazing food. Often a queue.

This is one of my personal favourites. Busy and rambunctious on Fridays and Saturdays but the afternoon tea is supposed to be very good.

Theatre

Local Independent theatre with great drinks and great shows. Their stand up comedy is cheap and worth going to. A hidden gem.

A classic, historic theatre with headline shows and local pieces. Tickets can get expensive but they have cheaper options and it's almost always high quality.

City advice

Getting around

Be mindful on the bottom of Stoke's Croft

It's not uncommon to see medium sized groups of homeless people out in public near the bottom of Stokes Croft. While they're harmless and often very kind, it's worth being aware of and knowledgeable about.
