A great beach for summer. It’s quieter than Kaiteriteri but still gorgeous. You can swim in low and high tide here. There is a shady tree and a stream for kids to play in so great for families

My favourite beach. Great high tide swimming or dog walking on low tide. There is a large grassy reserve and hardly anyone there even in the height of summer.

St Arnaud is the town at Nelson Lakes. There are lots of walks and tramps in the native beech forest and snow in the winter. Watch for the sandflies in the summer!
