Challenging climbs and many high-ballers - experienced climbers will find their project here. The kids like to run around the rocks and play in the sand. If you stick to the southern part of the rocks there's an easy sandy path passing many climbs leading up to "Le Poly" which I dare challenge you to climb (it's easy really). The northern part has easier orange climbs.

Highest “peak” in the forest at 114m. Fantastic place for everyone - climbing, parkour, hiking, and a great view from the top. I love the “requin” sector and follow often the yellow parkour circuit. The purple parkour is a definite challenge! Up at the top, find the “behemoth” cave for an excellent cave climb. When open, l'Auberge de Dame Jouanne is a cozy restaurant serving beers and ice cream and a proper French menu https://goo.gl/maps/mNpgRNw8xsAKnkNB7

The most well known hiking in the forest is to face the "25 bosses" - a 6 hour randonee of 25 hills - level difficult! But extremely rewarding
