Food scene
Captain woodies is my favourite place to go for happy hour. As a local it’s a great spot and the bartenders always give us great service and we know them personally from going there (not sure if that’s a good or bad thing) lol. They have super cheap drinks during happy hour and a good selection of bar food if you want something cheap and fast. We never usually eat downstairs we always go upstairs to the rooftop bar.

Can’t say enough good things about the cottage! They have wonderful breakfast and lunch and such a cute vibe in there. Would definitely recommend to go there for breakfast or lunch. All of their food is delicious. They don’t take reservations so I would recommend to get there early

I would recommend reservations about a week or two in advance unless it’s a party of two you could try to sit at the bar but I wouldn’t guarantee a spot.
The Bluffton Room is one of the highest rated restaurants in Bluffton. It is a formal setting (white tablecloth) and they have fantastic food. Reservations are usually hard to come by so I would recommend booking at least a month in advance. We usually go there when we are celebrating something special like a birthday or anniversary. During the week you could grab a spot at the bar usually if it’s just two people and they have a fantastic burger which is only $16! They only serve dinner and are open for lunch on Fridays.

Nectar had great food and service had always been great there. It’s a southern style restaurant and we prefer their breakfast/lunch menu than dinner. There usually is at least an hour wait on the weekends and they don’t take reservations.
