Our go to Sushi place, it's not on 3rd Ave but not far from the apartment. Quick delivery or can also dine in, not fancy but good service.

New name is Sarava. Great Brazilian Food, lots of gluten free options. Awesome caipirinhas, I recommend the passion fruit one. If you are a steak person, try the picanha, for seafood the bobo de camerao, for gluten free try cassava gnocchi.
A personal favorite. They deliver but they also have a nice outdoor area if it's warm enough as well as an indoor restaurant.
