City advice

What to pack

Be Sure to Wear Sun Protection/SPF

Although there is some SPF in the bureau under the TV, be sure to have SPF with you - especially when on the beach - and continually reapply sunscreen, as the Florida sun and perspiration make burning more likely. Should you get a burn, you can apply aloe vera (available at virtually any grocery store or pharmacy) to help soothe the skin and/or apply white vinegar (there's some either above the washing machine and dryer, or under the sink); it can be poured onto a paper towel and then gently pat the burned area with the vinegar. It will not sting and it will help reduce the sting from the burn
Getting around

Uber/Lyft/Bus System

There are typically Uber/Lyft drivers available for your travel needs. There is also a local bus that has a stop almost directly in front of the condo building (it's the Conova Beach stop); this will bring you to Eau Gallie Arts District and will allow you to connect to other lines, so you may enjoy Indialantic, Melbourne, downtown Melbourne and other areas.
