Parks & Nature

You probably know about Greenlake. Why not walk south a few minutes and explore this more shaded area of rolling grasses hills and paths, picnic areas and even an excellent off-leash dog area.

Hikes

One of my favorite dog friendly hikes with a great payoff alpine lake at the end. Only a little over 5 miles round trip and the drive is only about an hour each way without traffic. Be prepared for some snow on the upper part of the trail and at the lake in the colder seasons and even though spring. Check the Washington Trail Association website for more up-to-date trail report on this hike and all other Washington hikes.
