Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Apartment in Ivrea old town, near the hospital

Located in the old town centre and very quiet (Carnival excepted). A 2 minute walk to the hospital. A generous, Summer cool, apartment on the first floor (3 flights of stairs), no lift. Furnished for our own use however we are only using the apartment occasionally so we are proposing it for holidays and short to medium stays. January 2023: We have installed a new boiler & thermostat together with a new washing machine. We welcome guests of all cultures and lifestyles.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzio and Bianca, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

The apartment is in Ivrea, in a very quiet downtown area, surrounded by all the main services (bar, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.). From the apartment, very convenient to all means of transport, you can walk to the points of interest and home to events in the city, such as the historic center, the Ivrea Canoa Club, the "Giacosa" theater, the famous pastry shop "Balla". Below the apartment is a free parking reserved for condoms.

A few minutes from the center of Ivrea and the natural beauties that surround it such as Lake Sirio, it is an intimate oasis of peace surrounded by nature where you can regenerate and relax. Ideal for 2/4 people, the apartment is located on the Via Francigena: an excellent starting point for walks and excursions. Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, the whole group can easily access all the local attractions, it is located 5 minutes from the station, and 6 minutes from the Ivrea canoe club, high schools, in addition nearby there are restaurants,bars, and supermarkets. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator, there is free parking, and a paid parking also the latter is free from 19 to 8:45 am
