What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. You rent two small country houses for a maximum of 6 people. The country houses are located in a large well-kept property of 10,000 square meters between an olive grove and wild corners at the end of the property for playing Indian games. The country houses are quiet and somewhat hidden on the Rio Chia River and are only a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. A large pool of 15 m in length and 1 m to 1.80 m in depth is located behind the lawn. Two sandy beaches are a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.
