During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

On our beautiful courtyard and the large meadow at the edge of the field, there is plenty of space for breakfast, reading, playing ball, barbecuing and lying in the grass. The Bodden offers many water sports and a well-developed network of bike paths. The beautiful white Baltic Sea beaches of Fischland Darß can be reached in 25 minutes.

The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

Our small vacation home Paul offers good space for 2 people, but has 4 sleeping places. On the first floor there is the kitchen/dining room, shower/toilet/sink and the bedroom. Above it is a sleeping floor with 2 beds. The cottage is really small but nice; in the season basically 3 PM check-in time, 10 AM check-out time, can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets! There are fees for bed linens + towels, electricity costs (winter)
