The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.
