The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Très belle maison située sur un grand terrain de 20ares en bordure de forêt sur les hauteurs du village avec une vue imprenable et au calme. Ce logement dispose d'un grand séjour avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, de 3 chambres ( 2 lits simples, un grand lit 2 places et un grand lit king size). Présence de 2 lits bébé. La maison donne sur une grande terrasse avec une partie couverte pour le coin repas. Elle dispose aussi d'un garage avec une borne de recharge pour voiture.

The chalet consists of 3 bedrooms including one on mezzanine, 2 with double bed and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped for babies, barbecue area.
