**Please note that we only approve guests with reviews. **This is a cute updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex located minutes from downtown and Midtown Sacramento in the beautiful North Land Park area. The space has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a shower/tub. There is street parking, but you are welcome to park in the driveway. I don't live on the property but I am easily accessible by phone with any needs you might have. I look forward to hosting you.
