If you enter the correct number of guests, the nightly rate will be calculated automatically. We renovated the house and finished the interior to make it a modern home. It can accommodate up to 8 people. This is a family-friendly facility that does not care about privacy. There is one air conditioner on the first floor and one on the second floor. The building is 72 m2. There are two rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room, on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If you have a request for allocation, we will follow it. If not, the Japanese-style room on the second floor takes precedence. There is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom on the 1st floor. One free parking space is available. Large cars are not allowed because it is narrow. Free pocket wifi is available. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities, towels, and hair dryers are provided for normal living. Please check the inside of the room with images and Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are about 3-7 minutes on foot. It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. We renovated a vacant house in the Okiha shopping district where Kitahara Hakushu's family home is located, and created a single-family home where you can try out moving from accommodation to living (trial living). The house has been renovated with plenty of natural wood to make it comfortable. The furniture is made with the full cooperation of Hiromatsu Moku, and you can experience lovely furniture. It is both an inn and a home where you can live as if you were blending into the city while retaining the nostalgic atmosphere of a Showa-era house. In the Japanese-style room, we have a Tanabata decoration for the summer only. Guests can write their wishes on a strip of paper and display them.
