This is a new cottage built in 2022. Entering the chic house with black exterior walls, the stone hallway leading to the high ceiling living room will make you forget your everyday life. The outdoor bath is surrounded by trees, and in winter you can enjoy a relaxing snow view bath.
 Enjoy private theater in the living room and bedroom with a 100-inch projector screen.
Displays and desks are also available for your workspace.

"Yuzunoazemichi" Japanese traditional house

We refurbished the old house built 170 years ago, and have been reborn as Japanese traditional hotel. It is a good old Japanese old house, but it is equipped with an electronic toilet and a bath and you can spend comfortably. The nearest station to our location is Tsukinoki Station, which is just a 25-minute journey from Sendai Station. We can assist with arranging a taxi for your convenience.

You can use the 2K room of the apartment at a private charter. We have a complete range of consumer electronics, we can use the internet with Wi-Fi and LAN cable, so I think that you can comfortably use it for those coming to Sendai on a business trip as well as for tourists. It is also recommended for those who need it at Tohoku University Hospital and Sendai Kosei Hospital.
