Great stay overall. Lisa was very friendly. We arrived 1.5 hours early while the house was still being cleaned, and she let us wait at the pool. I had left my glasses behind and she is arranging for them to be mailed to me. The pool is perfect for our 2 young kids given the large shallow area. The house is spacious and has everything we needed. It is a short ride to many wineries, and within 10 minute drive to stores. Everything was cleaned before we checked in and in great working order. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay here for our baby moon. Everything was as described from the listing. The house and outdoor facilities were extremely well maintained. The house felt private but was also very close driving distance to anything you wanted to do around the area. The sunsets were beautiful from the back deck and really can’t say enough about the stay!

However, there are a few things that could use some attention. The bathroom handles near the bedrooms were broken, which was a bit inconvenient—though we managed. This house is an absolute gem. The views are drop dead gorgeous and it is close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the Conroy tub is so private and beautiful. Daniel was a great host and the house was clean and just rest for a relaxing time in Joshua Tree.

Rented it for a wedding for 6 folks in the vineyards - great location, if a little confusing to get to. One of the best-priced in the area, beautiful surroundings, and the house is gorgeous and intentionally designed!

We loved our Temecula getaway! Adrian’s place had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The outdoor space is serene and we had everything we needed to cook/grill at home while also not being too far away from wineries and Old Town. Adrian was very communicative and accommodating!

Laura is friendly and very responsive. We loved the neighborhood as well and is nearby to shops. The place was great and comfy. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and nestled in the heart of wine country with stunning views. The host was super responsive and made everything seamless. A perfect getaway—highly recommend wish I could have stayed longer. Short 20 min drive to the main stores so if you arrive early get your groceries first. Small dirt road driveway no biggie we had an SUV. Apple Maps took us directly north issues finding the location.

This is our second visit to Mariela's place. It is a great location for us during my work trips to Hemet. It is so much better than staying at a hotel. We are very comfortable at the house and have everything we need. I expect we'll be back in the Fall. We did take a weekend drive to BigBear and enjoyed that trip. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The place was so well cared for and the setting was quite charming. I had the extraordinary experience of a hot air balloon landing along the property out front... It made for a charming first morning in the vineyards.

My sister and I were looking for a peaceful retreat to share with our parents, and this listing was love at first sight— somehow even more amazing in person. Meagan was such a thoughtful, friendly, and responsive host. The house was super clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with plenty of space to either gather or enjoy privacy. The garden is truly an impressive work of art. Foraging became a special memory (and a sweet souvenir!). I loved the egg-shaped chair, which was next to a fountain that brought in a seemingly never ending stream of little birds. We spent a lot of time enjoying the stunning view from the backyard, which stretches across the valley. It reminds me of Rivendell... idyllic, healing and epic. There’s even a tree-surrounded area further down where you can feel totally away from civilization. If I had more characters available I'd happily wax more poetry about this place, but to put it shortly: Our family had such a beautiful time here and would love to return!

This place is incredible! The privacy is unmatched, and it was the perfect spot for our pups to relax and roam safely. Nestled among stunning rock formations, it feels like a secluded retreat — you won’t want to leave. The hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning as often as we can!

Ping’s place is very nice! Very clean. The bed was so comfortable. I loved having the washing machine available. Ping checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast he supplied was an extra bonus. It was hard for me to get to the store since my lab with me. Thanks again Ping!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Everything was so easy and natural. We enjoyed the range of amenities and styling throughout. There was nothing we needed. We really enjoyed socializing in the kitchen, the stars from the hot tub, and the green bathroom downstairs. Being immersed in nature while being so close to a vibrate town center can't be beat, thanks for everything!

My husband and I go up to Joshua Tree quite often, as he loves to shoot astrophotography. We have staid at many rentals, but we particularly loved Ryan's home. I was all the things- beautiful, very nice/high end furnishings/finishes including the dishes, towels, beds, etc.. The house was very clean, quiet, cozy, and the outside area was also really well done. I often complain to my husband that the yard and pool areas are not finished at some of these rentals but Ryan took the time to really make his home a truly spectacular get away! I even asked him where he bought some of the wood furnishings, becuase I just love the feeling of bringing the outside in. The space felt as if someone was giving you a BIG super comforting hug! Now for Ryan himself, he’s the most responsive, thoughtful and kind person, often your dealing with a rental company and they are simply worker bee’s, but Ryan makes you feel like you have been staying at a friends Airbnb he's really great! TY Ryan!!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at Brett’s place with several family members. It’s a stunning home. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, in a peaceful quiet setting. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms met and exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of games for the family members to enjoy. (Air hockey, foosball, gaming table, shuffle board, etc.) Brett was a wonderful host.

We absolutely loved the little town of Julian — it’s a quaint mountain community with a welcoming atmosphere and unique local shops to explore. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the home to the heart of town, which makes it super convenient while still feeling tucked away. What made this stay so special was the perfect mix of seclusion and scenery. You’re far enough from the crowds to feel at peace, but close enough to enjoy everything Julian has to offer. The views from the home are absolutely stunning — you can see for miles across the valleys and mountains. It’s truly a reminder of God’s beauty in nature. The house itself was spacious, clean, and cozy — a perfect retreat for our 10-year anniversary getaway. If you’re looking to escape the hustle of big city life and unwind in a peaceful, scenic spot, this is the place to do it. Highly recommend!

Sharlyn’s place was something out of a dream! It was the perfect place for two families coming together on this vacation, offering both their own private spaces (with the one bedroom and bath that was separate from the others) while also giving us a kitchen and living room space to get all together. The view is just as it looks in the listing photos - spectacular. The area is quiet and peaceful and offers a great place to relax and get away. The place was very clean and neat and we were even welcomed with some locally grown grape fruits! Great spots to eat less than 15 mins away. We just wish we could have stayed longer!
