Access to green outdoor area where there is a possibility of barbecue. 3 minutes walk to bus. Tram 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen, washer with dryer, TV with streaming services, internet, fireplace. Popular area that's great for couples and friends. Family-friendly area. Other things: Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm. Smoking is not allowed.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Akerselva (the main river through Oslo) with a little waterfall is a short 2 min walk from the apartment. A heartwarming home for any traveler.
