Absolutely fantastic stay! We spent 3.5 weeks here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for both work and relaxation. Kim, the amazing host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We felt completely at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Nous avons bien aimé cet hostel, c’est un endroit calme et paisible pour se reposer sur le bord de la piscine tout en se faisant bronzer ou en buvant une bière sur le bord de la plage. Nous recommandons 😊

The place was amazing for a weekend getaway, big swimming pool with cute front yard in the evening. Everything we need to make our own BBQ and preparing food. Would definitely recommend and come back for my next adventure in Phan Thiet!

Mình bất ngờ vì có sẵn tv LCD màn hình lớn kết nối với loa Marshall. Nhà còn có sẵn đồ chơi cho trẻ em. Điểm này làm mình Wow! Cô quản gia cũng rất dễ thương và tận tình. Mặc dù xe 7 chỗ vào được đến tận nhà và có bãi đỗ xe riêng cách 50m, nhưng vẫn hy vọng sớm được mở đường để lối vào thông thoáng hơn. Nhóm mình đã có một chỗ nghỉ tuyệt vời!

Clean space. Was short of towels and host replied almost immediately to offer prompt assistance. Definitely recommended!

The apartments are cozy and the view is spectacular It was a little bit dusty when we arrive, but it's ok The condo is cool, but some times (especially at weekends) it's very noisy Generally I had a great time

Ha is a great host who is very communicative. She responded quick and frequently, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations for food. The place is just like the photos with perfect views of the water, and once the air conditioning was turned on the temperature inside was great. The king beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of room for friends, family, or just a couple to book. Awesome location, and great food and sights all within range.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.
