Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saigon River

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

Totem Dalat is a cozy and lovely place. It’s perfect for those who want to escape the city and enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by mountains and trees. The small garden is adorable. The interior decor reflects the host’s fondness for charming details. In fact, the host is a warm and friendly person, and communication was smooth. In Dalat, where the temperature difference between day and night is significant, the fireplace is extremely useful. It was also a great place to enjoy my own private space. I recommend this accommodation.

pets friendly, enough space to park 2 to three cars, enough rooms to sleep 10 people, and close to town. we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing welcoming host and staff. They even brought us large soup bowls within minutes of request to accommodate a large family dinner in the gorgeous dining room. Would definitely recommend for larger parties or families. Everything is modern and comfortable!

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

This is a perfect location in part of "new" Saigon with restaurants and small shops that you can walk to. It's quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of District 1. I plan to stay here again next summer with my family. This is truly a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action but not in it. I enjoyed walking every morning by the water and looking at the view from my windows.

We stayed 8 days, the apartment is located in fancy well maintained condo block and situated in a nice neighborhood. Pool & gym are great features to use. Quan was very responsive and helped with all our requests. Can highly recommend

Philip is so friendly and professional. The accommodation was flawlessly clean and well-sufficient. I visit Ho Chi Minh very often From now on, I will only make a reservation for Philip‘ home. They communicate quickly and actively solve them.

The apartment is modern and spacious. Large area suitable for groups of friends and family. The space is around literature and safe.

This is the second time I have stayed at Tai's place. The first time and the second time are both very good stay. Clean apartment, good location and Tai is a good host. I would recommend this a place to my friends.

Teddy was very accommodating to let me check in earlier. A very responsive host. There was no delay at all for me to check in early. Finding food to eat and drink is very convenient and is just outside the apartment complex. I have a wonderful stay at the apartment thank you very much.

We had a great time staying at Quang's place, it is modern, new, clean and beautiful. It has all the comforts and facilities you will need as a home away from home. Plenty of space and rooms for large groups or families and the billiards room was an added bonus, our kids loved hanging out there. Quang and his wife were very accommodating and would respond quickly to questions or when we needed assistance. Location is great, not too far from attractions and it is so easy to call a grab car or have food/groceries delivered. We would definitely stay here again and have already told our family and friends about this gem!

A very nice and beautiful cabin! You can see that the renovation is completely fresh, all the furniture is new and clean, the accommodation is monitored and treated with care. It was nice to live in the house, it is very aesthetic and bright. It is especially great that in the morning there is sunlight in all the windows. I liked the area near the house. In the morning it is bathed in the sun, it's really great to have breakfast here in the morning. The only thing is that the bedrooms are not equivalent. One large, with balcony, table and wardrobe. And the second one is cozy but very small. The photo was not clear. But it is not a problem. Both bedrooms are cozy, each has its own toilet and a shower, it is very convenient. Beds and bedding are perfect!!! Sleeping is very comfortable. The house has absolutely everything you need for a short stay and a good rest: disposable toothbrushes and combs, towels, shower gel, lots of dishes, spices and sauces. The hostess of the house was very quick to respond to messages and helped us with everything. Thanks so much!)

It was clean, efficient and nice!

it's a nice beautiful house with nice view and a nice garden. peaceful and spacious. the host was friendly and helpful. she would prepare bbq if u pay for the ingredients. the bbq was superb. there were 2 cute dogs name tu and bin.. the host staying right behind the house so they are always available. 1 hiccup is the house is very cold at night as there is no room heater. but that's not an issue as it's more like experiencing and old colonial style house.
