We had an amazing time at Neil’s place, super walkable and had everything for a beach day that you could think of! Check in and check out were very easy and everything was as described! Would definitely do another stay at this awesome house. Thank you Neil for making our stay incredibly easy and fun for our group!

Great place and very clean upon arrival. I enjoyed my stay and it was very close to the beach! The host was very attentive and responsive.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The place is larger inside than you would expect - six adults fit very comfortably. Access to the beach is easy, and the large table on the first floor was perfect for playing games. The TV on the second floor was great for watching movies together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are nicely sized, and all the beds are comfortable. The nearby Pacific Beach location gave us access to excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

This is a marvelous place for family (or other) get-togethers. Very thoughtful furnishings and details. There are two large gathering places - one indoors and one in the backyard, so people can break off into smaller groups. Dining, shopping and entertainment (park, beach, etc) are all nearby. Lots of gear for kids (which we really appreciated). Great communication with/from the host. We would love to go back.

I wanted to move in and stay forever. When I saw the giant bird sculptures in the photos, I was a little unsure, but they make for a great atmosphere. The murals and personal touches are fantastic for a great vacation spot. Sandra was an amazing host and even picked up a graduation decoration package for us and put those up, so it was one less thing to do during busy, busy graduation time. The rooftop deck and the third floor make it a great place for family and teenagers. The beds are very comfortable, the master shower is perfect, and everything was sparkling clean. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and parking both in the garage and on the street was easy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The enclosed yard was a nice bonus for our pup, and the location was perfect and to all our favorite spots.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate some exciting milestones. From the second we arrived we felt welcome and at home. We loved all of the animals and their funny antics and even got to see some newborn baby bunnies! Heather was an incredible host — among the best — and was very responsive to our requests to use all of the wonderful amenities and Angela was intentional in getting it ready for us. If you’re looking for a cozy, quirky, impeccably decorated, modern yet perfectly rustic place in which to hide away from the day to day, The Tipsy Goat Ranch is where you want to be. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. We had a fantastic stay at Travis’s place in Pacific Beach! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything you’d want for a laid-back San Diego getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Travis was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in San Diego. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! beautiful views. Just sitting outside watching people and the beautiful bay made our vacation just perfect. Loved to be able to walk to a restaurant for breakfast. Highly recommend this lovely place right in front of the water. Our host was sooo nice!

Erik's place was exactly as advertised. Instructions to check-in were clear, we were able to use the EV charger throughout our stay, and our dogs loved getting to sunbathe in the secured backyard. We didn't get to enjoy any of the awesome amenities like the hot tub and sauna because our weekend was so packed but would love to come back again.

It's all about the view: the bay, the ocean, Belmont can all be viewed from the balcony. The walking/biking trail around the bay is just outside your door and Kevin has beach bikes available to use. We rode often in the morning, around the bay, to the ocean and then strolling along the ocean. Very relaxing!

The place was perfect for our needs - clean and quiet and a quick walk to the beach and bay, lots of food choices! Would definitely come back!

Colette's place was perfect for the two of us for our weekend in San Diego for a wedding. Colette was super responsive from the beginning and throughout the trip-she let us check in early too! Will definitely stay here again next time we're on town.

This was a great spot if you want to be close to everything but in a quiet space near by. Very clean and the host was easy to communicate with and helpful as needed.

It was amazing time and she helped us with whenever we needed when we asked her it was good all around
