Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Affrique

First of all, a big thank you to Bruno for his hospitality and his advice on the region! The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped, close to activities while being very quiet with views of the vegetable gardens and the mountain with the departures of the paragliders. The veranda and the outdoor area allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful weather. We had a great stay and will return to Bruno and Martine's when we return to this region.

We had a great weekend with the family in Bernard and Nathalie's house. A very pleasant and friendly personalized welcome for a house where you immediately feel at home thanks to neat decoration, impeccable cleanliness, all the necessary equipment and even more in each room. Young and old enjoyed the activities on the lake and around (very nice lake 10 steps away) thanks to the equipment left available (canoe paddle bike barbecue) and beautiful moments in the evening with the foosball, games and beautiful terrace for meals with lake view. Really a gem, we will come back and we really recommend this place.

What a pleasure to arrive in this peaceful place from which we could go on our different hikes. Well done for this treasure hunt that we will not reveal more: it takes imagination and mutual help between participants. Congratulations on your works that make this place unique.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

An unforgettable stay in an idyllic setting, surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view. The house is charming, perfectly maintained, and you feel good there right away. The welcome was exceptional: warm, attentive... I felt like I was being welcomed by friends. A big thank you for this beautiful break, I recommend it without hesitating! We'll be back!!!

Joyceline's accommodation is located on a huge plot above Lodève, with lots of trees and meadows. A fantastic, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains inspired us every day. A nice pool is located at the landlady's house, but that does not bother us, as she always keeps discreetly in the background and we did not feel disturbed. We have implemented almost all of your excursion tips, they were great destinations, all within 1/2 to an hour by car.

I'll find... let's focus... I'll find... I'll end up finding something to criticize about this accommodation and its hosts, so I don't look like a groupie! The accommodation itself? Incredible. A building with an incredible soul, refurbished inside in perfect harmony with the volumes, and the addition of modern touches in total harmony with the rooms, for absolute comfort. Cleanliness? Absolutely nickel to the last detail. D**n. Let's still look... The location? In the heart of an absolutely beautiful village, where the only noise is the birdsong... or sometimes the passage of a flock of sheep! The hosts, then? Kind, attentive and at the same time discreet, proactive to further enhance the stay. With each exchange, we feel real, bright people, and not just "commercially polite". People we'd love to have as neighbors, you know! Well... well, it's impossible to find a weak point... In short: go for it, it's a gem!!

What a beautiful spot! Our family loved staying in this beautifully renovated stable while exploring the Cevennes. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay and my daughters loved playing croquet and patonk in the garden.

Very beautiful apartment and done with good taste. Everything is adapted to our comfort Pleasant bedding The only downside is the parking a little far away but unfortunately there is nothing to do about it

We had a very good night at this property. The host was available to answer all my questions. The accommodation was clean, well furnished and faithful to the photos of the listing. The beds were comfortable and the environment quiet. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a night or a longer stay, and I will not hesitate to come back. Pierre

Big crush on this apartment where we spent about ten days! It is very well located, within walking distance of all shops and the city center. It was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. The big plus? The view from the balcony overlooking the Tarn. You sip your coffee in the morning, lulled by the river's hum. Béa is super welcoming, leaves little touches in the apartment, tourist information and responds to all messages very quickly. We couldn't have asked for better! If we come back to Millau, we will return, that's for sure. From my spouse: A cozy and very clean one-bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Tarn river in a quiet neighborhood. Everything works! Including the wide screen TV and an espresso maker. Very accessible and secure. I give it my highest recommendation.

Nestled in a green setting with stunning views of the Tarn below, we spent 3 very relaxing weeks. The place is rejuvenating and remains close (15' by car) to multiple water, cultural (castles) and walking activities. Valérie and Eric are discreet hosts and very pleasant to talk to. Apartment number 4 that we occupied may seem simple at first glance but has all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bedding and sofa. Excellent wifi reception. Stay cool even when it's very hot outside. The large swimming pool and the many deckchairs equipped with mattresses are an additional asset! In short, I highly recommend it, it was great!!

Comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment, with local shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Great place to have a base to explore the Millau area. We visited during an exceptionally hot spell and the air conditioning was excellent, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable. Laura provided local information which was very helpful.
