Fully air-conditioned villa located in Lorient, Saint-Barthélemy, with an exceptional view of Lorient Bay. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a jacuzzi. The second bedroom is suitable for a couple or teenagers. It is not on the same level as the master bedroom. Sports equipment: a bike, an elliptical trainer, and a weight bench with dumbbells. Cleaning every other day except on Sundays and public holidays. No baby equipment.

The spaces, kitchen, dining room, reading area, deckchairs, jacuzzi and BBQ, are arranged around the house, to enjoy the places at every moment of the day.
